Abstract

Kesuksesan suatu perusahaan kontraktor dapat dilihat dari kinerja perusahaan itu sendiri, semakin baik kinerjanya akan semakin sukses perusahaannya. Pada dasarnya kinerja merupakan tanggung jawab setiap individu yang bekerja dalam organisasi. Tanggung jawab terhadap kinerja konstruksi sebenarnya tidak lahir dari menajer perusahaan saja, melainkan atas kerjasama semua pihak yang terlibat dalam proses konstruksi. Strategi perusahaan, inovasi, dan perencanaan aktivitas yang baik akan mendorong perusahaan tersebut memiliki kinerja yang lebih baik. Salah satu aspek adalah mengelola SCM (Supply Chain Management) untuk meningkatkan kinerja yang lebih baik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis bagaimana pengaruh Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Supplier Relationship Management (SRM), Goal Congruance (GC) dan Information Sharing (IS) terhadap Kinerja Kontraktor. Untuk memperoleh data, penelitian ini melakukan penyebaran kuesioner secara online dan telah mendapatkan 76 responden. Dari data tersebut kemudian diolah menggunakan metode PLSSEM. Analisis yang dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa Customer Relationship Management (CRM) dan Goal Congruance (GC) berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja kontraktor, sedangkan Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) dan Information Sharing (IS) ditemukan tidak berdampak pada kinerja kontraktor.

A contractor’s success is assess from the company performance. Basically, performance is the responsibility of each individual that works in an organization. The responsibility of construction’s performance not only made by the company’s manager, but also from collective teamwork from every parties that involved. A good company strategy, innovation and activities roadmap will contribute for a better performance. One of the aspect is managing it’s SCM (Supply Chain Management) for a better performance. The research Objective is to analyze how the Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Supplier Relationship Management (SRM), Goal Congruance (GC) and Information Sharing (IS) impact on contractor’s performance. This research is using a questionnaire to obtain the data, the Respondent in this research consist of 76 manager and contractor employee. In this research we use PLS-SEM method. The analysist shown that Customer Relations Management (CRM) and Goal Congruance (GC) has a positive impact on the contractor’s performance, while Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) and Information Sharing (IS) is found to has no effect on the contractor’s performance.
