Abstract

Persaingan global mengharuskan perusahaan untuk terus meningkatkan kemampuan karena bisnis tidak dapat memenuhi target jangka panjang menggunakan teknologi dan kemampuan saat ini. Untuk meningkatkan kinerja perusahaan, perlu dilakukan pengukuran kinerja SCM sebagai rantai yang menghubungkan setiap elemen proses manufaktur dan pasokan dari bahan baku sampai ke pengguna akhir. PT Socfin Indonesia bergerak dalam sektor agrikultur dan manufaktur dimana perusahaan berfokus dalam operasi yang berkelanjutan dan berkomitmen untuk meningkatkan nilai kepada pelanggan dan pemegang saham. Sehingga, kontrol dan evaluasi penting untuk memastikan rencana kerja bisa berjalan dengan baik agar tujuan bisa tercapai. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Balance Scorecard (BSC) yang meliputi perspektif keuangan, pelanggan, proses bisnis internal, serta pembelajaran dan pertumbuhan. Pembobotan dalam pengukuran kinerja dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP). Setelah dilakukan pengukuran, diperoleh total kinerja keseluruhan sebesar 90,46% yang diperoleh dari perspektif keuangan sebesar 80,70%, perspektif pelanggan sebesar 99,96%, perspektif proses bisnis internal sebesar 95,63% serta perspektif pertumbuhan dan pembelajaran sebesar 99,93%. Secara keseluruhan, PT Socfin Indonesia telah mengimplementasikan strategi yang sesuai dengan tujuan yang ingin dicapai. Artinya, segala perencanaan dan aktivitas operasional selaras dengan kebutuhan organisasi. Perusahaan harus melakukan pengukuran kinerja secara berkala dengan mempertimbangkan aspek keuangan dan non-keuangan sebagai bentuk pengendalian operasi bisnis. Agar pengukuran kinerja benar-benar menjiwai visi, misi, dan tujuan strategis, data harus disesuaikan dengan rencana strategis diperusahaan. Demikian pula dengan targetnya.

Global competition requires companies to continuously improve capabilities because businesses cannot meet long-term targets using current technologies and capabilities. To improve company performance, it is necessary to measure the performance of SCM as a chain that connects every element of the manufacturing and supply processes from raw materials to end users. PT Socfin Indonesia is engaged in the agriculture and manufacturing sector where the company focuses on sustainable operations and is committed to increasing value to customers and shareholders. Thus, control and evaluation are important to ensure a good work plan can be achieved. This research uses the Balanced Scorecard (BSC) method which includes a financial perspective, customers, internal business processes, as well as learning and growth. Weighting in performance measurement is done using the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. After measuring, the total performance is 90.46% obtained from a financial perspective of 80.70%, a customer perspective of 99.96%, an internal business process perspective of 95,63%and a growth and learning perspective of 99.93%. Overall, PT Socfin Indonesia has implemented a strategy that is in line with the objectives to be achieved. This means that all planning and operational activities are in line with the needs of the organization. Companies must carry out performance measurements on a regular basis by considering financial and non-financial aspects as a form of controlling business operations. In order for performance measurement to truly animate the vision, mission, and strategic goals, the data must be adjusted to the company's strategic plan. Likewise with the target.
