Abstract

Dinas Komunikasi dan Informatika (Dinkominfo) Kabupaten Banyumas merupakan lembaga pemerintah daerah yang berperan dalam pengembangan dan penerapan teknologi informasi di lingkungan pemerintahan daerah. Salah satu unit kerja yang membutuhkan dukungan sistem informasi adalah Inspektorat Daerah Kabupaten Banyumas, khususnya dalam kegiatan pengawasan dan pengelolaan perjalanan dinas Aparat Pengawasan Intern Pemerintah (APIP). Produk yang dikerjakan dalam kegiatan kerja praktik ini adalah antarmuka aplikasi mobile SIKEP (Sistem Informasi Keberadaan Personil Aparat Pengawasan Intern Pemerintah). Aplikasi ini dirancang untuk mempermudah proses pencatatan waktu dan lokasi kehadiran pegawai secara real-time, serta mendukung transparansi dalam pelaksanaan perjalanan dinas. Pengembangan dilakukan menggunakan framework Flutter dan bahasa pemrograman Dart. Hasil implementasi menunjukkan bahwa antarmuka aplikasi SIKEP telah berjalan memenuhi semua kriteria pengujian yang telah ditetapkan.

Dinas Komunikasi dan Informatika (Dinkominfo) Kabupaten Banyumas is local government institution in charge of the development and implementation of information technology at regional level. One of the regional apparatuses that requires information system support is the Inspektorat Daerah Kabupaten Banyumas, particularly in monitoring and managing official work trip activities of Aparat Pengawasan Intern Pemerintah (APIP). The product that developed during this practical work is the front end of the SIKEP (Sistem Informasi Keberadaan Personil Aparat Pengawasan Intern Pemerintah) mobile application. This application is designed to simplify the process of recording employees' attendance time and location in real time, while also supporting transparency in the implementation of official work trips. The application was developed by Flutter framework and the Dart programming language. The implementation results show that the SIKEP application front end successfully meets all defined testing criteria.
