Abstract

Reliability Centered Maintenance adalah suatu proses yang digunakan untuk menentukan apa yang seharusnya dilakukan untuk menjamin suatu system dapat betjalan dengan baik sesuai dengan fungsi yang diinginkan oleh pengguna (Moubray, 1997). Metode ini digunakan untuk menentukan cara maintenance yang tepat untuk suatu asset system produksi guna mengurangi terjadinya failure, dengan strategi perawatan yang baik dalam meningkatkan keandalan dari system tersebut. Pada penelitian ini dilakukan analisa secara kualitatif pada komponen dan sub-sistem yang dapat menyebabkan kegagalan pada system, yaitu dengan menentukan system function, functional failure, failure mode, failure effect, failure consequences, dan maintenance task. Dan analisa kuantitatif dengan menentukan keandalan fungsi waktu, laju kegagalan, dan MTTF untuk mendapatkan interval waktu maintenance yang tepat. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan mengevaluasi system perawatan pada Block Making Fleximat Machine Vibro Block 5 (VB 5), yaitu mesin pencetak paving block yang terdapat di PT. Conbloc Internusa Tangerang. Data yang digunakan sebagai input proses penelitian adalah data proses produksi, detail mesin produksi, dan data historis mesin produksi. Hasil dari pengolahan data di penelitian ini adalah perawatan terjadwal sebesar 87.02 % dan perawatan tidak terjadwal sebesar 12.96 %. Perawatan terjadwal tersebut yaitu penjadwalan perbaikan (scheduled restoration) sebesar 29.62 %, penjadwalan pergantian (scheduled discard) sebesar 12.96 %, penjadwalan on-condition sebesar 31.48 %, dan penjadwalan failure fmding sebesar 12.96%

Reliability Centered Maintenance is a process used to determine what should be done to ensure a system can run well according to the functions desired by the user (Moubray, 1997). This method is used to determine the appropriate maintenance method for a production system asset to reduce the occurrence of failures, with a good maintenance strategy to increase the reliability of the system. In this study, a qualitative analysis was conducted on components and sub-systems that can cause failure in the system, namely by determining the system function, functional failure, failure mode, failure effect, failure consequences, and maintenance task. And a quantitative analysis by determining the reliability of the time function, failure rate, and MTTF to obtain the appropriate maintenance time interval. This study was conducted by evaluating the maintenance system on the Block Making Fleximat Machine Vibro Block 5 (VB 5), which is a paving block printing machine located at PT. Conbloc Internusa Tangerang. The data used as input for the research process were production process data, production machine details, and historical data of the production machine. The results of data processing in this study were scheduled maintenance of 87.02% and unscheduled maintenance of 12.96%. The scheduled maintenance consists of scheduled restoration at 29.62%, scheduled discard at 12.96%, on-condition scheduling at 31.48%, and failure response scheduling at 12.96%
