Abstract
PT PLN Nusantara Power mengelola aset pembangkitan yang kompleks, di mana konsistensi master data pada sistem Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) seperti IBM Maximo dan sistem Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) seperti Ellipse menjadi krusial untuk efisiensi operasional. Kerja praktik ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan mengimplementasikan sebuah purwarupa dashboard terpusat untuk monitoring dan pengelolaan master data aset dengan mempelajari integrasi dari kedua sistem tersebut. Metodologi yang digunakan meliputi analisis arsitektur kedua sistem dan upaya integrasi layanan data melalui WSO2 API Manager. Sebuah middleware berbasis Node.js dikembangkan untuk melakukan agregasi data dari beberapa endpoint Maximo, sementara aplikasi antarmuka interaktif dibangun menggunakan framework Python Streamlit. Hasil dari proyek ini adalah sebuah dashboard fungsional yang berfokus pada data Maximo, dilengkapi dengan autentikasi pengguna berbasis peran (Admin dan Engineer), tampilan data grid interaktif, alur kerja pengelolaan data (propose change dan approval), serta sistem monitoring aktivitas. Meskipun menghadapi tantangan teknis pada integrasi layanan SOAP dari Ellipse, purwarupa ini berhasil menunjukkan kelayakan penggunaan teknologi modern untuk meningkatkan visibilitas dan tata kelola master data di lingkungan enterprise yang heterogen.

PT PLN Nusantara Power manages complex generation assets, where master data consistency in Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) systems like IBM Maximo and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems like Ellipse is crucial for operational efficiency. This practical work aims to design and implement a prototype centralized dashboard for monitoring and managing asset master data by studying the integration of both systems. The methodology includes analyzing the architecture of both systems and attempting data service integration via WSO2 API Manager. A Node.js-based middleware was developed to aggregate data from several Maximo endpoints, while an interactive interface application was built using the Python Streamlit framework. The result of this project is a functional dashboard focused on Maximo data, equipped with role-based user authentication (Admin and Engineer), an interactive data grid display, data management workflows (propose change and approval), and an activity monitoring system. Despite facing technical challenges with the SOAP service integration from Ellipse, this prototype successfully demonstrates the feasibility of using modern technology to improve visibility and master data governance in a heterogeneous enterprise environment.
