Abstract

PT Telkom Infrastruktur Indonesia (Unit FBB ACCESS & SERVICE OPS) bertanggung jawab atas operasional teknis lapangan. Produk Kerja Praktik ini adalah bot Telegram VIRA (Virtual Recap Assistant), yang dirancang untuk mengotomatisasi dan menyederhanakan pelaporan Work Order (WO). Pengguna utamanya adalah teknisi lapangan dan admin yang memantau progres kerja. Sistem VIRA dibangun menggunakan platform serverless Google Apps Script yang terintegrasi dengan Google Workspace. Fitur utamanya mencakup pembaruan data WO interaktif, unggah file eviden, dan pengingat otomatis. Sistem ini menciptakan alur kerja digital yang efisien menggantikan proses manual, dengan memanfaatkan Telegram Bot API (antarmuka), Google Sheets (basis data), dan Google Drive (penyimpanan file).

PT Telkom Infrastruktur Indonesia (FBB ACCESS & SERVICE OPS Unit) is responsible for technical field operations. This Practical Work product is the VIRA (Virtual Recap Assistant) Telegram bot, a system designed to automate and simplify Work Order (WO) reporting. Its primary users are field technicians and administrators who monitor work progress. The VIRA system is built on the serverless Google Apps Script platform, integrated with Google Workspace. Its main features include interactive WO data updates, evidence file uploads, and automatic reminders. The system creates an efficient digital workflow to replace manual processes, utilizing the Telegram Bot API (interface), Google Sheets (database), and Google Drive (file storage).
