Abstract

Pelabuhan Pulau Baai ialah salah satu pelabuhan yang ada di Indonesia, terletak di Provinsi Bengkulu dengan luas 120.000 ha. Alur pelayaran Pelabuhan Pulau Baai berpotensi mengalami pendangkalan setiap tahunnya dikarenakan pelabuhan ini menghadap langsung pada Samudra Hindia dan dipengaruhi oleh angin muson barat dan angin muson timur yang membawa sedimen berupa pasir. Selain itu, sebagai pelabuhan pengumpan yang menjadi bagian wilayah vital di Provinsi Bengkulu berbagai tindakan antisipasi terhadap kecelakaan menjadi hal yang penting seperti apabila terjadi kebakaran kapal maupun terjadinya tumpahan minyak. Penelitian ini bertujuan melakukan analisis teknis desain kapal yang cocok untuk Pelabuhan Pulau Baai, Bengkulu. Oleh sebab itu akan didesain workboat yang dilengkapi dengan alat keruk dengan jenis cutter suction dredger, fire fighter external system, crane boat yang nantinya akan mengangkut oil boom ke atas kapal. Payload pada kapal ini ialah peralatan sistem keruk cutter suction dredger dengan kemampuan keruk 1088 m3/jam, peralatan fire fighter dengan notasi FIFI 1, crane SWL 3.6 ton dan oil boom seberat 1.4 ton dengan panjang 450 m. Hasil perhitungan analisis teknis dari 3-in-1 workboat menghasilkan ukuran utama panjang (LoA) = 17.3 m; lebar (B) = 6.4 m; tinggi (H) = 1.8 m; sarat (T) = 0.9 m dan kecepatan (Vs) = 8 knot. Setelah itu dilakukan desain Gambar Rencana Garis, Gambar Rencana Umum, dan Model 3D dengan biaya pembangunan kapal sebesar Rp. 3.054.761.397, dan biaya operasional Rp. 433.183.439/tahun.

Pulau Baai Port is one of the ports in Indonesia, located in Bengkulu Province with an area of 120,000 ha. The shipping lane of Pulau Baai Port has the potential to experience silting every year because this port faces directly the Indian Ocean, and west monsoon and east monsoon influence winds that carry sediment in the form of sand. In addition, as a feeder port which is part of a vital area in Bengkulu Province, various anticipatory actions against accidents are important, such as in the event of a ship fire or an oil spill. This study aims to conduct a technical analysis of ship design suitable for Pulau Baai Port, Bengkulu. This final project designed a workboat with a dredger, a cutter suction dredger, an external firefighter system, and a crane boat that will later transport the oil boom on to the ship. The payload on this ship is a cutter suction dredger with a dredging capability of 1088 m3/hour, firefighter equipment with FIFI 1 notation, and a 3,6-tonne SWL crane, and a 1.4-tonne oil boom with a length of 450 m. The results of the calculation of the technical analysis of the 3-in-1 workboat resulted in the main size length (LoA) = 17.3 m; width (B) = 6.4 m; height (H) = 1.8 m; laden (T) = 0.9 m and speed (Vs) = 8 knots. After that, the design of Lines Plan Drawings, General Plan Drawings, and 3D Models have done with a shipbuilding cost of Rp. 3.054.761.397, and operating costs of Rp. 433.183.439/year.
