Abstract

Cost machining per pcs dan perhitungan cycle time yang tepat merupakan hal yang terpenting di dalam penerimaan order pengerjaan barang bagi perusahaan. Kesalahan dalam perencanaan proses dan penetapan biaya machining dapat menyebabkan output reject dan kerugian bagi perusahaan. Knuckle steering YY6 merupakan salah satu barang yang diproses di PT. Pakarti Riken. Item ini merupakan item trial dan belum dilakukan mass production sehingga perlu direncanakan proses yang sesuai .. Perencanaan proses yang dilakukan meliputi perencanaan urutan proses, jig, program CNC serta perhitungan cost machining. Perhitungan cost machining meliputi cost tool, cost coolant, depresiasi mesin, cost elektrik, man power cost, cost maintenance dan cost jig. Pada penelitian ini dilakukan perhitungan dengan membuat 3 konsep rencana proses machining dan dibandingkan untuk memilih konsep yang menghasilkan cost machining per pcs yang paling minimum

The machining cost per piece and the correct cycle time calculation are the most important things in accepting orders for processing goods for the company. Mistakes in process planning and machining cost determination can cause reject output and losses for the company. Knuckle steering YY6 is one of the items processed at PT. Pakarti Riken. This item is a trial item and has not been mass produced so it is necessary to plan the appropriate process. The process planning carried out includes planning the process sequence, jig, CNC program and machining cost calculation. The machining cost calculation includes tool cost, coolant cost, machine depreciation, electrical cost, man power cost, maintenance cost and jig cost. In this study, calculations were carried out by creating 3 machining process plan concepts and comparing them to select the concept that produces the minimum machining cost per piece
