Abstract

Kawasan Segitiga Emas meliputi Nusa Lembongan, Nusa Ceningan, dan Nusa Penida termasuk dalam Kawasan Strategis Pariwisata Nasional (KSPN) Nusa Penida dengan tujuan pengembangan wilayah wisata bahari, wisata petualangan, dan wisata budaya. Kementerian Perhubungan dan Pemerintah Provinsi Bali menyelenggarakan proyek pembangunan pelabuhan pada ketiga pulau pada Kawasan Segitiga Emas untuk meningkatkan konektivitas antar kawasan serta mengupayakan sarana kapal wisata yang layak dan terjamin keselamatannya. Maka pada Tugas Akhir ini dilakukan inovasi desain kapal wisata katamaran bertenaga listrik untuk Kawasan Segitiga Emas Bali. Operasional kapal akan menggunakan energi dari tenaga listrik secara penuh berbasis baterai sehingga turut mendukung pencapaian industri transportasi massal berkelanjutan dengan tenaga listrik. Tujan dari Tugas Akhir ini untuk mendapatkan operational scheme, payload, ukuran utama, daya motor dan kapasitas sumber energi listrik, perhitungan teknis, desain Rencana Garis, Rencana Umum, model 3D, dan Safety Plan, tingkat kenyamanan dan analisis ekonomis kapal. Metode yang digunakan dalam proses desain adalah parent design approach untuk mendapatkan ukuran utama dan desin kapal. Pengumpulan data dengan data primer yaitu wawancara dengan pihak terkait dan data sekunder seperti buku, publikasi pemerintah, dan jurnal. Kapal berlayar dengan kecepatan 12 knot dari pukul 08.00-18.00 dari Pelabuhan Sanur menuju Pelabuhan Sampalan dengan titik wisata hutan mangrove, Crystal Bay, dan Nusa Ceningan. Kapal mengangkut 30 penumpang dengan ukuran utama LoA = 31.7 m; B = 12.2 m; B1 = 3 m; H = 3.3 m; T = 1.7 m. Kapal mengggunakan dua inboard motor dengan total daya 600 kW, 36 set baterai propulsi dengan daya 2250 kWh, dan 43 set baterai kelistrikan 325 kWh. Hasil analisis ekonomis menujukkan biaya pembangunan kapal sebesar Rp14.426.799.916,- dan biaya operasional sebesar Rp6.364.739.751. Perhitungan kelayakan investasi menunjukkan dengan tingkat occupancy 80% diperoleh IRR sebesar 27.7% dengan payback periode 4 tahun 9 bulan 19 hari.

The Golden Triangle area covers Nusa Lembongan, Nusa Ceningan, and Nusa Penida, which has become the goal of the regional development of Nusa Penida National Tourism Strategic Area (KSPN) for marine tourism areas, adventure tourism, and cultural tourism. The Ministry of Transportation and the Provincial Government of Bali are carrying out port development projects on the three islands in the Golden Triangle Area to improve connectivity between regions, seek appropriate tourist boat facilities and ensure their safety. So in this Final Project, an electric catamaran leisure boat was designed for the Golden Triangle Area of Bali. Ship operations will use energy from electric power in full on a battery-based to support the achievement of a sustainable mass transportation industry using electric power. This final project aims to obtain the operational scheme, payload, primary size, motor power, and capacity of the electrical energy source, technical calculations, lines plan design, general arrangement, 3D model, safety plan, comfort level, and economic analysis. The method used in the design process is the parent design approach to obtain the principal dimensions and design of the ship. Analysis in this final project used data from primary data, namely interviews with related parties, and secondary data such as books, government publications, and journals. The ship sails 12 knots from 08.00-18.00 WITA from Sanur Harbor to Sampalan Harbor with tourist destinations of mangrove forest, Crystal Bay, and Nusa Ceningan. The ship carries 30 passengers with a primary size of LoA = 31.7 m; B =12.2 m; B1 = 3 m; H = 3.3 m; T = 1.7 m. The ship uses two inboard motors with a total power of 600 kW, 36 propulsion batteries with a power of 2250 kWh, and 43 sets of 325 kWh electrical batteries. The results of the economic analysis show that the cost of building a ship is Rp. 14,426,799,916, - and ship operational costs of Rp. 6,364,739,751. The investment feasibility calculation shows that IRR of 27.7% with a payback period of 4 years, nine months and 19 days for an occupancy rate of 80%.
