Abstract
PT Telekomunikasi Selular (Telkomsel) merupakan perusahaan penyedia layanan telekomunikasi terbesar di Indonesia yang berfokus pada inovasi digital dan peningkatan pengalaman pelanggan. Selama kegiatan Kerja Praktik di Telkomsel, penulis mengembangkan dua proyek utama yang mendukung kebutuhan internal perusahaan, yaitu sistem survei pelanggan berbasis web dan bot Telegram pendeteksi kartu SIM.
Proyek pertama berupa pengembangan aplikasi web survei pelanggan berbasis Laravel. Pada tahap awal, penulis merancang versi statis dari web survei untuk melakukan survei pelanggan Telkomsel guna mengidentifikasi potensi churn (hilangnya pengguna). Setelah sistem dasar berjalan, pengembangan dilanjutkan dengan membuat versi dinamis, di mana admin dapat membuat survei baru secara mandiri melalui antarmuka web tanpa perlu melakukan perubahan kode. Sistem ini mendukung berbagai tipe pertanyaan seperti pilihan ganda, skala 1–5, dan isian bebas, serta dilengkapi dengan visualisasi hasil survei dalam bentuk grafik interaktif.
Proyek kedua adalah bot Telegram berbasis Python yang berfungsi untuk mengenali penyedia layanan kartu SIM menggunakan API Telegram Bot dan model AI OpenAI GPT-5 Mini. Bot ini memproses gambar yang dikirim pengguna, mengidentifikasi jenis provider SIM card, dan menyimpan hasil deteksi ke dalam basis data untuk keperluan analisis.
Kedua sistem ini berhasil diimplementasikan dengan baik. Aplikasi web survei dinamis memberikan fleksibilitas bagi Telkomsel dalam melaksanakan survei internal tanpa ketergantungan pada platform eksternal, sedangkan bot Telegram memperluas kemampuan otomasi berbasis kecerdasan buatan dalam proses identifikasi data pelanggan.

PT Telekomunikasi Selular (Telkomsel) is the largest telecommunications service provider in Indonesia, focusing on digital innovation and improving customer experience. During the internship at Telkomsel, the author developed two main projects that supported the company's internal needs, namely a web-based customer survey system and a Telegram bot for SIM card detection.
The first project involved the development of a Laravel-based web application for customer surveys. In the initial stage, the author designed a static version of the web survey to conduct surveys of Telkomsel customers in order to identify potential churn (loss of users). Once the basic system was up and running, development continued with the creation of a dynamic version, where administrators could create new surveys independently through a web interface without having to make code changes. This system supports various question types, such as multiple choice, 1–5 scale, and free response, and is equipped with survey result visualization in the form of interactive graphics.
The second project was a Python-based Telegram bot that functions to recognize SIM card service providers using the Telegram Bot API and the OpenAI GPT-5 Mini AI model. This bot processes images sent by users, identifies the type of SIM card provider, and stores the detection results in a database for analysis purposes.
Both systems were successfully implemented. The dynamic survey web application provides Telkomsel with flexibility in conducting internal surveys without relying on external platforms, while the Telegram bot expands the capabilities of artificial intelligence-based automation in the customer data identification process.
