Abstract

PT. LAPI Laboratories merupakan perusahaan farmasi yang secara aktif melakukan kegiatan pengembangan bisnis (Business Development) untuk memperluas portofolio produk. Tantangan utama yang dihadapi adalah pengelolaan data eksternal yang terfragmentasi dalam berbagai file Excel dan email, yang menyebabkan redundansi dan inkonsistensi informasi. Produk yang dikerjakan selama kerja praktik adalah PRISM (Portal Data Business Development), yaitu sistem informasi berbasis web yang berfungsi sebagai pusat konsolidasi, validasi, dan normalisasi data mitra serta katalog produk. Pengguna utama aplikasi ini adalah tim Business Development dan manajemen yang membutuhkan data terstandar untuk pengambilan keputusan strategis. Aplikasi dibangun menggunakan teknologi Node.js (Express) pada sisi backend dan React.js pada sisi frontend, dengan basis data PostgreSQL. Aplikasi ini memiliki fitur unggulan berupa mekanisme impor Excel dengan validasi bertingkat dan parsing, deteksi duplikasi produk berbasis komposisi molekul, serta kalkulasi kategori otomatis. Untuk menjamin keamanan dan tata kelola data, sistem menerapkan metode autentikasi JWT, pembatasan hak akses berbasis peran (Role-Based Access Control), serta pencatatan jejak audit (Audit Trail) otomatis untuk setiap aktivitas bisnis.

PT. LAPI Laboratories is a pharmaceutical company that actively engages in business development activities to expand its product portfolio. The main challenge faced is the management of fragmented external data in various Excel files and emails, which causes redundancy and inconsistency of information. The product developed during the internship is PRISM (Portal Data Business Development), a web-based information system that functions as a center for consolidating, validating, and normalizing partner data and product catalogs. The main users of this application are the Business Development team and management who need standardized data for strategic decision making. The application was built using Node.js (Express) technology on the backend and React.js on the frontend, with a PostgreSQL database. This application has excellent features such as an Excel import mechanism with multi-level validation and parsing, product duplication detection based on molecular composition, and automatic category calculation. To ensure data security and governance, the system implements JWT authentication, role-based access control (RBAC), and automatic audit trail logging for every business activity.
