Abstract
Proyek konstruksi instalasi pipeline merupakan suatu rangkaian kegiatan yang dilakukan dengan lingkup pekerjaan, waktu dan biaya tertentu sesuai perjanjian antara pemilik proyek (owner) dengan pelaksana (kontraktor). Tolak ukur keberhasilan suatu pembangunan proyek biasanya dilihat dari waktu penyelesaian yang singkat, dengan biaya minimal tetapi mutu dan kualitas dari hasil pekerjaan terjaga. Tugas Akhir ini membahas tentang percepatan durasi pada proyek dengan metode Time Cost Trade Off (TCTO yaitu penambahan vessel dan pekerja. Selanjutnya, mengetahui dan mengevaluasi kemungkinan hasil percepatan digunakan metode Project Evaluation Review Techniques (PERT) pada setiap aktivitas proyek. Tujuan dari analisis Tugas Akhir ini adalah didapatkan durasi optimal instalasi offshore pipeline setelah penambahan vessel. Setelah penambahan vessel durasi proyek menjadi 68 hari yang semula adalah 83 hari, didapatkan percepatan selama 15 hari. Untuk instalasi offshore pipeline awal memerlukan biaya sebesar Rp 417.669.238.720,00 sedangkan biaya instalasi offshore pipeline setelah TCTO adalah Rp 451.545.351.220,00. Probabilitas keberhasilan instalasi offshore pipeline oleh PT. X adalah 75,17%.

The pipeline installation construction project is a series of activities with a certain scope of work, time, and cost according to the agreement between the project owner and the contractor. The benchmark for the success of project development is usually seen from a short completion time, with minimal costs, but the quality and quality of the work are maintained. This Final Project discusses the acceleration of the project's duration using the Time-Cost Trade-Off (TCTO) method, namely the addition of vessels and workers. Furthermore, the Project Evaluation Review Techniques (PERT) method is used for each project activity to determine and evaluate the possible acceleration results. This is the optimal offshore pipeline installation duration after adding vessels. After adding vessels, the project duration becomes 68 days, originally 83 days; the acceleration is obtained for 15 days. The initial offshore pipeline installation costs Rp 417,669,238,720.00, while the offshore installation costs pipeline after TCTO is Rp 451,545,351,220.00. The probability of successful offshore pipeline installation by PT. X is 75,17%.
