Abstract

Mobile Catamaran Boat merupakan salah satu wahana air yang termasuk dalam wisata perairan. Namun diantara pilihan wahana air, jarang yang memiliki kemampuan untuk mudah dibawa. Tetapi pemakaian wahana air mobile catamaran boat sendiri masih langka ditemukan di Indonesia. Meninjau dari kondisi tersebut penelitan ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengidentifikasi potensi pasar mobile catamaran boat, menganalisis pengembangan industri mobile catamaran boat secara teknis dan ekonomis. Penelitian diawali dengan pengerjaan yaitu observasi potensi pasar di wilayah Jawa Timur. Setelah itu melakukan penentukan ukuran utama kapal dengan cara membandingkan dengan kapal pembanding. Langkah ketiga yaitu melakukan perhitungan desain mobile catamaran boat. Setelah itu menganalisis proses produksi mobile catamaran boat. Langkah terakhir adalah menganalisis pembangunan industri mobile catamaran boat dari segi teknis dan ekonomis. Berdasarkan analisis, didapatkan potensi pasar diproyeksikan sebanyak 38,156 wisatawan per tahun. Sedangkan untuk membangun industri mobile catamaran boat membutuhkan luas tanah sebesar 300 m2 yang telah mencangkup luas area produksi sebesar 153 m2 dan luas area kantor sebesar 60 m2. Sedangkan untuk membangun Industri Mobile Catamaran Boat dibutuhkan sebesar Rp 224.719.000 dengan payback period terjadi pada tahun ke 3 bulan ke 9 dan nilai IRR sebesar 15,89% tiap tahun.

Mobile Catamaran Boat is one of the water rides in water tourism. But among the choices of water rides, rarely have the ability to carry. However, using the mobile catamaran boat itself is still rare to find in Indonesia. Considering these conditions, this research aims to identify the potential of the mobile catamaran boat market, analyze the development of the mobile catamaran boat industry technically and economically. The research begins with the work of observing market potential in the East Java region. After determining the main dimension of the ship by comparing it with similar ships. The third step is to calculate the design of a mobile catamaran boat. After that, analyze the production process of mobile catamaran boats. The last step is to analyze the development of the mobile catamaran boat industry from a technical and economic perspective. Based on the analysis, obtained a market potential of 38,156 tourists per year. Meanwhile, to build a mobile catamaran boat industry requires a land area of 300 m2 which includes a production area of 153 m2 and an office area of 60 m2. Meanwhile, to build the Mobile Catamaran Boat Industry, it takes Rp. 224.719 million with a payback period that occurs in the 3th year to the 9th month and an IRR value of 15.89% every year.
