Abstract
Penelitian ini membahas assessment yang dapat mengukur secara keseluruhan proses manajemen teknologi pada PT Barata Indonesia khususnya pada Divisi Peralatan Industri Agro dengan menggunakan metode TMAP yang dikembangkan dengan merancang FPK (faktor penentu keberhasilan) dan KPI (key performance indicator) yang relevan dalam menilai pelaksanaan proses manaje.en teknologi disetiap tahapan assessment sehingga dapat menunjukkan titik-titik kekuatan dan kelemahan proses manajemen teknologi perusahaan. Serta menggunakan _metode pengolahan dan interpretasi data lebih jelas yaitu metode Delphi-AHP dan OMAX. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah kekuatan pada area teknologi Design Engineering untuk product family Top Roll dan Mill Cheek adalah pada market share, kinerja pegawai dan manajer serta dukungan organisasi. Sedangkan kelemahannya pada sumber daya finansial dan resiko tertinggi yang dihadapi adalah technical feasibility. Untuk proses manajemen teknologinya proses seleksi tergolong baik sedangkan kelemahan pada proses identifikasi yaitu pada aktivitas mengumpulkan informasi. Pada proses eksploitasi memiliki kelemahan yaitu menentukan teknologi dasar dan kelemahan pada proses proteksi yaitu pada aktivitas mengimplementasikan metode proteksi

This study discusses the assessment that can measure the overall technology management process at PT Barata Indonesia, especially in the Agro Industrial Equipment Division, using the TMAP method developed by designing FPK (determining success factors) and KPI (key performance indicators) that are relevant in assessing the implementation of the technology management process at each stage of the assessment so that it can show the points of strength and weakness of the company's technology management process. As well as using clearer data processing and interpretation methods, namely the Delphi-AHP and OMAX methods. The results of this study are the strengths in the Design Engineering technology area for the Top Roll and Mill Cheek product families are in market share, employee and manager performance and organizational support. While the weaknesses are in financial resources and the highest risk faced is technical feasibility. For the technology management process, the selection process is classified as good while the weakness in the identification process is in the activity of collecting information. In the exploitation process, there is a weakness, namely determining the basic technology and a weakness in the protection process, namely in the activity of implementing the protection method
