Abstract
Pengelolaan limbah B3 seperti oli bekas, memerlukan sistem yang efisien, transparan, dan mudah diakses untuk mendukung upaya pembuangan dan daur ulang yang tepat. Tugas akhir ini membahas rancang bangun dan implementasi aplikasi web untuk layanan pengangkutan limbah, dengan fokus pada pengelolaan limbah oli bekas. Sistem yang dikembangkan melayani tiga peran utama pengguna: Supplier, Company (perusahaan pengangkut limbah resmi), dan Admin. Fitur utama yang diimplementasikan meliputi permintaan penjemputan berbasis Google Maps, komunikasi real-time melalui fitur chat, manajemen order, serta tampilan peta dinamis untuk memantau lokasi company. Aplikasi ini dibangun menggunakan teknologi web modern dengan perhatian pada kemudahan penggunaan, efisiensi operasional, dan kepatuhan terhadap regulasi lingkungan. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian dan evaluasi sistem, aplikasi ini terbukti efektif dalam mempercepat proses pengangkutan limbah, meningkatkan transparansi layanan, serta mendorong praktik pengelolaan limbah yang bertanggung jawab.

The management of hazardous waste especially used oil, requires efficient, transparent, and accessible systems to support proper disposal and recycling efforts. This thesis presents the design and implementation of an application for waste transportation services, specifically targeting the collection and management of used oil. The developed system accommodates three main user roles: Suppliers, Companies (licensed waste transport companies), and Administrators. Key features include Google Maps- based pickup requests, real-time communication through chat functionality, order management, and a dynamic map interface for tracking companies locations. The system is developed using modern web technologies with a focus on user-friendly design, operational efficiency, and compliance with environmental regulations. Through system testing and evaluation, the web app demonstrates its effectiveness in streamlining the waste collection process, improving service transparency, and encouraging responsible waste management practices.
