Abstract

Evolusi teknologi Artificial Intelligence dalam decade terakhir telah mengalami pergeseran paradigma yang signifikan, bergerak dari model generatif probabilistic sederhana menuju konsep Agentic AI. Berbeda dengan chatbot konvensional yang bersifat reaktif, Agentic AI memiliki karakteristik otonom yang mampu merencanakan dekomposisi tugas, menggunakan perangkat eksternal, dan mengeksekusi tindakan transaksional secara mandiri. Integrasi agen cerdas ini menawarkan solusi strategis dalam konteks industri perbankan dan manajemen sumber daya manusia, memberikan pengaruh terhadap inefisiensi operasional yang disebabkan oleh latensi interaksi manusia dan keterbatasan kognitif dalam pemrosesan data bervolume tinggi.
