Abstract
Rancang bangun pembangkit listrik tenaga mikrohidro (PLTMH) berbasis turbin ulir Archimedes dengan menggunakan variasi jumlah bilah turbin 1, 2, dan 3 dengan rasio gear rantai 2,8:1, sudut kemiringan 400, debit 6,34 l/s, dan generator tipe BLDC 3 fasa low rpm. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan membuat prototype PLTMH optimal dan efisien, menentukan nilai tegangan, rpm, torsi, arus, dan daya listrik serta efisiensi berdasarkan variasi jumlah bilah 1, 2, dan 3. Metodologi yang digunakan studi literatur, perancangan alat, pembuatan alat, pengujian alat, dan pengambilan data. Diperoleh nilai tegangan dan rpm rata-rata paling besar terdapat pada jumlah bilah 1 sebesar (23,335 ± 0,006) V dan (1106,1 ± 0,3). Sedangkan torsi, arus, daya listrik, dan efisiensi rata-rata paling besar pada jumlah bilah 3 berurutan sebesar (1,738 ± 0,002) Nm, (0,6695 ± 0,0005) A, (7,861 ± 0,006) W, dan 21%. Hasil dapat disimpulkan jumlah bilah paling optimal terdapat pada jumlah bilah 3 yang menyebabkan nilai tegangan, arus, torsi, daya listrik, dan efiensi semakin besar.

The design of a micro hydro power plant (PLTMH) based on Archimedes screw turbine has been carried out using variations in the number of turbine blades 1, 2, and 3 with a chain ratio of 2,8:1, angle of inclination 400, water discharge 6,34 l/s, and a low rpm 3-phase BLDC type generator. This research aims to create a prototype optimal and efficient of PLTMH, determine the maximum voltage, rpm, torque, current, electric power, and efficiency based on the variation number of blades 1, 2, and 3. The methodology used was literature study, tool design, tool manufacture, tool testing, and data collection. Obtained the maximum average voltage and rpm values were found in the number of blades 1 of (23,335 ± 0,006) V and (1106,1 ± 0,3). While the torque, current, electric power and the maximum average efficiency on the number of blades 3 in row are (1,738 ± 0,002) Nm, (0,6695 ± 0,0005) A, (7,861 ± 0,006) W, and 21%. From the results obtained, it can be concluded that the most optimal number of blades in this research is 3 which causes the value of voltage, current, torque, and efficiency to be greater.
