Abstract

Inflasi merupakan fase mengembangnya alam semesta dengan sangat cepat dalam waktu yang sangat singkat pada awal penciptaannya. Kosmologi dengan menyertakan inflasi merupakan perluasan dari kosmologi standar alam semesta sebagai solusi dari masalah kosmologi standar yaitu masalah kedataran dan masalah horizon. Inflasi alam semesta dapat dibangun dari medan skalar yang menjadi komponen penyusun alam semesta pada masa inflasi yang memiliki potensial medan skalar tertentu yang dapat dimodelkan dalam beberapa macam. Dalam tugas akhir ini dikaji lima model potensial medan skalar inflasi terkait menggunakan analisis keadaan inflasi slow-roll. Hasil yang diperoleh kemudian dibandingkan dengan kondisi alam semesta saat ini berdasarkan observasi Planck.

Inflation is a phase of the early universe that is expanding very fast for a very short time. Inflationary cosmology is an extension of the standard cosmology of the universe as a solution for some cosmological problems, such as the flatness problem and the horizon problem. The universe’s inflation can be constructed from a scalar field that fills the universe during the inflationary period with a particular scalar field potential that can be modeled in several ways. In this final project, an analysis of the scalar field inflation potential with five models is carried out using the analysis of the state of slow-roll. The results obtained are compared with the current condition of the universe based on Planck observations.
