Abstract
Penelitian tugas akhir ini mmepunyai tujuan untuk mengetahui perbandingan nilai dosis dari dosimeter TLD dan FILM EBT3 terhadap data Treatment Planning Systems (TPS) di organ dan Planning Target Volume (PTV) pada teknik Three-Dimensional Conformal Radiation Therapy (3DCRT) serta mengetahui akurasi antara TLD dan Film EBT3 pada verifikasi dosis di organ dan PTV. Penelitian dilakukan dengan pemasangan dosimeter TLD dan FILM EBT3 di beberapa titik pada organ jantung, paru-paru dan PTV. Selanjutnya dilakukan pembuatan TPS dengan teknik 3DCRT dan kalibrasi kedua dosimeter. Langkah terakhir adalah penyinaran dengan dosis sebsar 2 Gy sebanyak 25 fraksi. Dosis rata-rata pada PTV didapatkan pada TPS, TLD dan film secara berturut-turut adalah 52,44 ; 60,15 dan 56,24 Gy sedangkan pada paru-paru kiri 26,08 ; 28,64 dan 28,79 Gy. Pada jantung didapatkan secara berturut-turut dengan 1,44 ; 1,72 dan 5,32 Gy sedangkan pada paru-paru kanan didapatkan 0,12 ; 0,65 ; dan 3,11 Gy. Pada rentang 5−100 Gy didapatkan film EBT3 lebih akurat dibanding TLD dengan nilai rata-rata error dari film didapatkan sebesar 6,83% dan TLD sebesar 12,5 %. Pada rentang 5−100 Gy, film memiliki akurasi yang lebih tinggi dibanding TLD. Pada rentang 1 Gy hingga <5 Gy, TLD lebih akurat dibanding film. Pada rentang dosis < 1 Gy menandakan kedua dosimeter tidak lagi selaras dengan TPS yang diasumiskan terdapat scatter yang tidak dapat di tampilkan pada TPS.

The final project research was carried out to know the comparison of dose values of TLD and FILM EBT3 on Treatment Planning Systems (TPS) data in organs and Planning Target Volume (PTV) in the Three-Dimensional Conformal Radiation Therapy (3DCRT) technique as well as know the sensitivity between TLD and EBT3 film on dose verification in organs and PTV. The study was conducted by installing TLD and FILM EBT3 dosimeters at several points on the heart, lungs, and PTV organs. Next, the TPS was made using the 3DCRT technique, and the two dosimeters were calibrated. The last step is irradiation with a dose of 2 Gy as many as 25 fractions. The average dose of PTV obtained at TPS, TLD and film were 52.44, 60.15, and 56.24 Gy, while in the left lung, 26.08, 28.64, and 28.79 Gy. The heart obtained successively 1.44, 1.72, and 5.32 Gy, while the right lung was 0.12, 0.65, and 3.11 Gy. In the range of 5-100 Gy, EBT3 films were more sensitive than TLD, with an average error value of 6.83% and a TLD of 12.5%. In the range of 5-100 Gy, the film has higher accuracy than TLD. In the range of 1 Gy to < 5 Gy, TLD is more accurate than film. In the dose range < 1 Gy, it indicates that the two dosimeters are no longer aligned with the TPS, assuming there is a scatter that cannot be displayed on the TPS.
