Abstract
Telah dilakukan penyelidikan terhadap ruang-waktu model alam semesta Starobinsky melalui penurunan ulang solusi yang bersifat statis dan memiliki simetri bidang dari teori gravitasi f(R). Teori gravitasi f(R) adalah teori gravitasi alternatif yang dihasilkan dari modifikasi terhadap teori gravitasi Einstein. Pada penelitian ini teori gravitasi f(R) ditinjau menggunakan formalisme metrik. Persamaan medan dari teori ini diselesaikan dengan asumsi kurvatur konstan untuk keadaan vakum, sedangkan untuk keadaan nonvakum (fluida ideal) diselesaikan baik dengan asumsi kurvatur konstan maupun tanpa asumsi kurvatur konstan. Didapatkan dua buah solusi yang merupakan bagian solusi dari teori gravitasi Einstein.

The solution of static plane symmetry on Starobinsky’s universe model have been rederived for the metric of f(R) gravity. f(R) theories of gravity are modified theories of Einstein’s theory of gravity. The field equations are solved using the constant scalar curvature assumption for the vacuum case, whereas both the constant scalar curvature assumption and the nonconstant scalar curvature assumption are used for the nonvacuum (perfect fluid) case. The correspondence of two solutions with the well-known solutions in Einstein’s theory of gravity is given.
