Abstract
Fauna ordo Araneae merupakan arthropoda yang harus dilestarikan keberadaannya karena ordo Araneae memiliki keanekaragaman yang sangat tinggi dengan niche yang bervariasi. Penelitian yang dilaksanakan selama bulan Januari 2022 hingga bulan April 2022 ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui keanekaragaman dan struktur komunitas fauna Araneae di Hutan Sumber Pawon, Desa Tempurejo, Kabupaten Kediri, Jawa Timur. Metode sampling yang dilakukan bersifat purposive sampling, digunakan metode jaring, metode beating, dan metode pitfall. Analisa data dianalisis menggunakan indeks kenaekaragaman Shannon-Wiener, indeks kemerataan Pielou, indeks dominansi Simpson, indeks dissimilaritas Bray-Curtis dan metode ordinasi serta korelasi. Didapatkan hasil berupa tingkat keanekaragaman yang tinggi dengan indeks dominansi rendah dan tingkat distribusi fauna Araneae yang merata. Beberapa parameter yang diuji menunjukkan korelasi positif terhadap beberapa spesies Araneae secara signifikan di Hutan Sumber Pawon.

The fauna of the order Araneae is one of the arthropod group that must be preserved because the order Araneae has a very high diversity with varied niches. The research, which was conducted from January 2022 to April 2022, aims to determine the diversity and structure of the Araneae fauna community in the Sumber Pawon Forest, Tempurejo Village, Kediri Regency, East Java. The sampling method used is purposive sampling, using the sweeping method, beating method, and pitfall method. The data was analyzed using the Shannon-Wiener diversity index, Pielou evenness index, Simpson dominance index, Bray-Curtis dissimilarity index and ordinance and correlation methods. The results obtained in the form of a high level of diversity with a low dominance index and an evenly distributed Araneae fauna. Several parameters tested and showed a significant positive correlation to several Araneae species in Sumber Pawon Forest.
