Abstract

Kejaksaan Tinggi (Kejati) Jawa Timur merupakan instansi yang berada di bawah Kejaksaan Agung RI dengan tugas penegakan hukum di tingkat provinsi. Pengelolaan kehadiran pegawai dengan jumlah sumber daya manusia yang besar saat ini masih berjalan secara manual menggunakan tanda tangan, yang dinilai kurang efisien, memakan waktu dalam rekapitulasi, serta rentan terhadap kesalahan pencatatan. Oleh karena itu, dilakukan perancangan dan pembangunan sebuah Sistem Informasi Absensi Digital berbasis web untuk meningkatkan efisiensi, akurasi, dan transparansi data kehadiran pegawai. Metode pengembangan sistem yang digunakan adalah Waterfall, yang meliputi tahapan analisis kebutuhan, perancangan sistem, implementasi, dan pengujian. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah sebuah sistem yang mampu menyajikan data kehadiran secara real-time, menghasilkan laporan rekapitulasi otomatis, serta meminimalisir potensi kecurangan guna mendukung efektivitas manajemen kepegawaian di lingkungan Kejaksaan Tinggi Jawa Timur.

The High Prosecutor's Office (Kejaksaan Tinggi) of East Java is an agency under the Attorney General's Office of the Republic of Indonesia mandated with law enforcement at the provincial level. Currently, the management of employee attendance for its large workforce is conducted manually using signatures, which is considered inefficient, time-consuming for recapitulation, and prone to recording errors. Therefore, a web-based Digital Attendance Information System was designed and developed to improve the efficiency, accuracy, and transparency of employee attendance data. The system development method used is the Waterfall model, covering the stages of requirement analysis, system design, implementation, and testing. The result of this research is a system capable of presenting attendance data in real-time, generating automatic recapitulation reports, and minimizing potential fraud to support the effectiveness of personnel management at the High Prosecutor's Office of East Java.
