Abstract

Dalam ekosistem perbankan modern, kecepatan dan akurasi data merupakan elemen krusial untuk mendukung pengambilan keputusan strategis. PT Bank Syariah Indonesia, Tbk. (BSI) Region Office VIII Surabaya memerlukan sistem dashboard kinerja yang mampu mengolah data operasional yang masif secara efisien untuk pemantauan area dan kantor cabang. Guna menjawab kebutuhan tersebut, laporan kerja praktik ini berfokus pada pembangunan infrastruktur backend sistem menggunakan kerangka kerja Laravel dengan arsitektur Model-View-Controller (MVC). Pengembangan sisi backend ini bertujuan untuk menciptakan fondasi sistem yang andal, aman, dan mampu menangani logika bisnis yang kompleks guna menjamin validitas informasi yang disajikan.
Implementasi teknis difokuskan pada manajemen data sektor pendanaan (funding) dan pembiayaan (financing), yang meliputi pengembangan logika filterisasi data hirarkis berdasarkan area, cabang, dan periode waktu. Selain itu, fitur krusial yang dikembangkan adalah mekanisme pemrosesan data (data parsing) untuk menangani pembaruan data harian melalui unggahan berkas Excel, memastikan data tersimpan secara terstruktur di dalam basis data. Melalui tahapan analisis sistem, implementasi kode, hingga pengujian fungsi, pengembangan backend ini memastikan seluruh kebutuhan fungsional terpenuhi. Hasil akhirnya adalah sistem yang mampu menyediakan data secara responsif, sehingga meningkatkan efisiensi proses monitoring kinerja di lingkungan BSI Region Office VIII Surabaya.

In the modern banking ecosystem, data speed and accuracy are crucial elements for supporting strategic decision-making. PT Bank Syariah Indonesia, Tbk. (BSI) Region Office VIII Surabaya requires a performance dashboard system capable of efficiently processing massive operational data for monitoring areas and branch offices. To address this need, this internship report focuses on building the backend infrastructure of the system using the Laravel framework with a Model-View-Controller (MVC) architecture. The development of the backend aims to create a reliable and secure system foundation capable of handling complex business logic to ensure the validity of the information presented.
The technical implementation focused on data management in the funding and financing sectors, which included developing hierarchical data filtering logic based on area, branch, and time period. In addition, a crucial feature that was developed is a data processing mechanism (data parsing) to handle daily data updates through Excel file uploads, ensuring that data is stored in a structured manner in the database. Through the stages of system analysis, code implementation, and function testing, this backend development ensures that all functional requirements are met. The end result is a system capable of providing data responsively, thereby improving the efficiency of performance monitoring processes at the BSI Region Office VIII Surabaya.
