Abstract
Di Indonesia, Bike sharing merupakan fenomena yang sedang berlangsung dan menjadi tren sebagai fasilitas institusi untuk menunjang mobilitas bagi civitas akademik dalam berbagai kebutuhan akademik maupun non akademik dalam kampus. Fenomena bike sharing tidak lepas dari perkembangan industri dalam hal teknologi dimana penggunaan motor listrik sebagai sistem penggerak telah menggantikan sistem penggerak sepeda konvensional yang mayoritas digunakan sebagai platform utama moda transportasi bike sharing. Dalam hal tersebut, Universitas Pembangunan Nasional Jawa Timur adalah salah satu instansi negeri dalam bidang pendidikan yang belum memiliki fasilitas transportasi kampus sebagai mobilitas bagi civitas akademiknya. area parkir yang terdapat di instansi tersebut terletak secara terpisah dengan mayoritas gedung kampus dan jarak dari antar bangunan menjadi masalah dalam hal mobilitas akademik dan nonakademik sehingga kurang efektif dan efisien bagi civitas akademik dalam berkegiatan. maka akan memungkinkan bahwa instansi terkait untuk manambahkan fasilitas moda transportasi kampus terutama sepeda listrik untuk bike sharing, beridentitas belanegara yang sesuai untuk prinsip instansi tersebut.. Maka untuk mewujudkan desain tersebut perlunya ada penelitian yang mendalam agar berfungsi efektif dan efisien. Output rancangan ini berupa konsep desain, dan model prototype.

In Indonesia, bike sharing is an ongoing phenomenon and is becoming a trend as institutional facility to support mobility for the academic community in various academic and non-academic needs. The phenomenon of bike-sharing cannot be separated from industrial developments in terms of technology where the use of electric motors as a driving system has replaced conventional bicycle propulsion systems which are mostly used as the main platform for bike-sharing modes of transportation. In this case, the Universitas Pembangunan Nasional Veteran Jawa Timur is one of the state agencies in the field of education that does not yet have a campus transportation facilities as mobility for its academic community. the parking area contained in the agency is located separately from the majority of campus buildings and the distance between buildings is a problem in terms of academic and non-academic mobility. So, the less effectiveness and efficiency for the academic community in carrying out activities is the main problems. it will be possible for the relevant agencies to add facilities for campus transportation modes, especially electric bicycles for bike-sharing, with a national identity that is suitable for the agency's principles. So to realize the design, there needs to be in-depth research so that it functions effectively and efficiently. The output of this design is in the form of design concepts, and prototype models.
