Abstract

Adanya fenomena peran humaniora yang sedang tersisihkan membuat para sastrawan ingin agar kesusastraan masih bisa dekat dengan masyarakat. Hal itu menjadi dasar utama dalam membuat perancangan sebuah film pendek fiksi yang diadaptasi dari karya sastra milik Sapardi Djoko Damono yang berjudul “Sementara Kita Saling Berbisik”. Penelitian pada perancangan ini akan dilakukan menggunakan studi literatur dan menggunakan metode depth interview serta menggunakan teori analisis deskriptif isi untuk meinterpretasi isi dari puisi “Sementara Kita Saling Berbisik”. Selain itu, penelitian ini perlu menggunakan studi eksisting guna mempelajari cara produk terdahulu untuk dapat menentukan bentuk film yang sesuai. Hasil akhir dari perancangan ini adalah sebuah film pendek fiksi berjudul Pengasingan yang Pesing dengan durasi 22 menit 58 detik. Hasil cerita yang didapat dari reinterpretasi dari puisi “Sementara Kita Saling Berbisik” menghasilkan sebuah pengalaman sinematik sehingga penonton bisa menikmati karya sastra di bahasa yang berbeda, yaitu bahasa visual.

The phenomenon of the role of the humanities being marginalized makes writers want literature to still be close to the community. This became the main basis for designing a short fiction film adapted from Sapardi Djoko Damono's literary work, “Sementara Kita Saling Berbisik” to each other. Research on this design will be carried out using a literature study and the depth interview method as well as descriptive content analysis theory to interpret the contents of the poem “Sementara Kita Saling Berbisik”. In addition, this research needs to use existing studies to study how the previous product can determine the appropriate form of the film. The final result of this design is a short fiction film entitled “Pengasingan yang Pesing” with a duration of 22 minutes 58 seconds. The story results obtained from the reinterpretation of the poem “Sementara Kita Saling Berbisik” to each other produce a cinematic experience so that the audience can enjoy literary works in a different language, namely visual language.
