Abstract
Kestabilan merupakan faktor yang sangat penting karena tingkat tenggelamnya kapal di Indonesia kebanyakan bersumber dari kestabilan tersebut ( kestabilan kapal tidak bagus, ataupun overload muatan . oleh karena itu dirancanglah alat kestabilan kapal yang menggunakan matlab her basis PCI 1710 yang dapat menjawab dari masalah kestabilan. Perancangan alat ini mempunyai tujuan untuk menampilkan sebuah interface yang mengidentifikasikan derajat keolengan kapal sehingga dapat membantu mengecek seberapa stabil kapal yang dianalisa. Perancangan alat ini menggunakan beberapa alat elektronik yang mendukung dari pada perancangan alat kestabilan

Stability is a very important factor because the level of sinking of ships in Indonesia mostly originates from this stability (poor ship stability, or overloading. Therefore, a ship stability tool was designed that uses Matlab based PCI 1710 which can answer stability problems. The design of this tool has the aim of displaying an interface that identifies the degree of ship rolling so that it can help check how stable the ship being analyzed is. The design of this tool uses several electronic tools that support the design of the tool. stability
