Abstract

UD.X merupakan salah satu industri pengolahan padi berskala kecil yang menjual hasil olahan berupa beras pecah kulit dan beras siap konsumsi. Dalam penerapan proses bisnisnya,
terdapat beberapa risiko yang ditemukan khususnya pada kegiatan rantai pasok, sehingga diperlukan adanya manajemen risiko supaya risiko-risiko yang ada dapat diberikan penanganan kejadian risiko dan penyebab risiko pada kegiatan rantai pasok perusahaan dan mengidentifikasi hubungan keterkaitan antara penyebab risiko prioritas serta memberikan usulan mitigasi yang sesuai untuk menangani risiko yang ada. Penelitian ini menggunakan model Supply Chain Operation Reference (SCOR) untuk memetakan aktivitas rantai pasok dalam 3 proses yaitu source, make dan deliver. Terdapat total 16 aktivitas dimana 4 aktivitas pada proses source, 8 aktivitas pada proses make dan 4 aktivitas
pada proses deliver. Metode House of Risk (HOR) digunakan untuk melakukan pengelolaanFase 1 didapatkan total 49 kejadian risiko dimana 8 risiko pada proses source, 31 risiko pada proses make dan 10 risiko pada proses deliver dan 24 penyebab risiko. Menurut konsep pareto 80:20 didapatkan 10 penyebab risiko prioritas. Interpretive Structural Modelling (ISM) digunakan untuk menentukan hubungan keterkaitan antara agen risiko prioritas. Terdapat 4 level untuk menunjukkan hubungan keterkaitan antara penyebab risiko prioritas. Berdasarkan model Houseof Risk (HOR)fase dan melihat model Interpretive Structural Modelling (ISM) didapatkantotal15mitigasirisiko yang bertujuan untuk mengurangi potensi terjadinya penyebab risiko.======================================================================================================================================================
UD. X is one of the small rice milling industries that sells processed products like brown
rice and white rice. In the application of the business processes, there are several risks found in
supply chain activities especially in supply chain, so that risk management is needed thereby
risks can be given appropriate treatment. This study aims to identify risk events and causes of
risk in the company's supply chain activities and identify the relationship between priority risk
causes and provide appropriate mitigation measures to deal with existing risks. This study used
the Supply Chain Operation Reference (SCOR) model to mapping the supply chain activities
in 3 processes, called source, make and deliver. 16 activities of supply chain are identified
consist of 4 activities of source process, 8 acitivities of make process and 4 activities of deliver
process. The House of Risk (HOR) method is used to manage supply chain risk. Based on the House of Risk phase 1 method, total 49 risk event were identified consist of 8 risks in the source process, 31 risks in the make process and 10 risks in the deliver process and 24 risk agents. According to the concept of pareto 80:20 obtained 10 priority risk agents. Interpretive Structural between priority risk agents. There are 4 level that showed the relationship between risk agents priority. Based on the House of Risk (HOR) phase 2 method and looked at Interpretive Structural Modelling (ISM) model, 15 risk mitigation are obtained to reduce the potential occurrence of risk agents.
