Abstract
Nomadic tourism merupakan konsep wisata temporer, baik dari segi amenitas atau aksesbilitas dimana wisatawan dapat menetap dalam kurun waktu tertentu di suatu destinasi wisata. Nomadic tourism merupakan konsep dicetuskan oleh Menteri Pariwisata, Arief Yahya pada tahun 2018 untuk menargetkan kenaikan jumlah wisatawan mancanegara. Namun, muncul pandemic COVID-19 yang berdampak besar hampir ke seluruh aspek kehidupan termasuk sektor pariwisata yang menyebabkan penurunan signifikan terjadi kedatangan wisatawan mancanegara ke Indonesia. Namun dari sisi lain, pandemic COVID-19 menimbulkan kenaikan secara global bekerja secara remote. Flashpacker (Digital Nomad) menjadi wisatawan yang berdampak pada kenaikan wisatawan di Indonesia. Bali menjadi target tempat wisata yang paling diminati oleh flashpacker, 3 Kota di Bali masuk dalam daftar yang paling diminati yaitu Canggu, Ubud, Jimbaran. Kota Canggu menjadi kota yang paling ramai dikunjungi oleh digital nomad dikarenakan fasilitas co-working, amenitas, kecepatan internet dan toleransi yang sangat baik. Namun, Aksesbilitas di Canggu masih buruk dikarenakan jalan raya yang sempit, kurangnya fasilitas trotoar atau pedestrian dan publik transportasi yang tidak berjalan dengan baik yang menyebabkan jalan di Canggu sangat padat oleh kendaraan bermotor hingga beberapa akses jalan melarang kendaraan roda 4 masuk oleh warga setempat dikarenakan terjadi banyak kecelakaan dan mengganggu kehidupan warga. Melihat kondisi tersebut, pengembangkan portabel vehicle berupa sepeda elektrik bagi para wisatawan dapat menjadi potensi sebagai solusi. Penelitian ini bertujuan mendefinisikan kebutuhan dan peluang desain pada produk rental sepeda listrik berdasarkan identifikasi kebutuhan persona. Dengan moda tersebut dharapkan dapat menjadi alternatif transportasi ramah lingkungan untuk kebutuhan aktifitas flashpacker dan wisatawan di kota Canggu, Bali. Design Requirement and Objectives (DR&O) sebuah produk. DR&O berisi semua kriteria spesifikasi, fungsi fitur, teknologi yang digunakan, penunjang operasional, dan batasan desain pada produk perancangan.

Nomadic tourism is a concept coined by the Minister of Tourism, Arief Yahya in 2018 to target an increase in the number of foreign tourists. However, the COVID-19 pandemic emerged which had a major impact on almost all aspects of life, including the tourism sector, which caused a significant decline in the arrival of foreign tourists to Indonesia. But from the other side, the COVID-19 pandemic has caused a global increase in working remotely. Flashpacker (Digital Nomad) is a tourist that has an impact on the increase in tourists in Indonesia. Bali is the target of the most popular tourist attractions for flashpackers, 3 cities in Bali are included in the list of the most popular, namely Canggu, Ubud, Jimbaran. Canggu is the city most visited by digital nomads due to co-working facilities, amenities, internet speed and excellent tolerance. However, accessibility in Canggu is still poor due to narrow roads, lack of sidewalk or pedestrian facilities and public transportation that does not work well which causes the roads in Canggu to be very congested by motorized vehicles to the point that some road access prohibits 4-wheeled vehicles from entering by local residents due to an accident. many accidents and disrupt the lives of residents. Seeing these conditions, the development of a portable vehicle in the form of an electric bicycle for tourists can be a potential solution. This study aims to define the needs and design opportunities for electric bicycle rental products based on the identification of persona needs. With this mode, it is hoped that it can become an environmentally friendly transportation alternative for the needs of flashpackers and tourists in the city of Canggu, Bali.
