Abstract

Gagal ginjal kronis (GGK) adalah kondisi saat fungsi ginjal mulai menurun secara bertahap. Gagal ginjal kronis disebut juga sebagai kerusakan ginjal, dapat berupa kelainan jaringan, komposisi darah dan urine atau tes pencitraan ginjal, yang dialami lebih dari tiga bulan. GGK umumnya tidak menimbulkan gejala spesifik dan baru terdeteksi setelah mencapai stadium akhir atau terminal dan wajib menjalani terapi cuci darah. Hemodialisa merupakan proses cuci darah menggunakan mesin dialisis, dimana darah dikeluarkan, lalu dipompa dan dibersihkan oleh mesin HD ke dalam kompartemen darah pada dialyzer, dan kemudian dimasukkan kembali ke dalam tubuh. Pasien GGK harus menjalani terapi hemodialisa selama 4-5 jam setiap terapi, minimal dua kali seminggu, seumur hidupnya. Kursi recliner adalah salah satu alternatif sarana furniture yang dapat disediakan rumah sakit bagi pasien yang menjalani terapi hemodialisa, selain menggunakan tempat tidur . Kursi recliner didesain untuk meningkatkan kenyamanan bagi pasien hemodialisa ketika terapi dan dilengkapi dengan fasilitas code blue yang mendukung upaya penyelamatan pasien ketika menghadapi kondisi gawat darurat. Produk ini merupakan inovasi sarana furniture kesehatan yang akan sangat bermanfaat bagi dunia medis di Indonesia.

Chronic kidney failure (CKD) is a condition when kidney function begins to gradually decline. Chronic failure, also known as kidney damage, can be tissue abnormality, blood and urine composition or kidney imaging tests, which is experienced for more than three months. CKD generally does not cause specific symptoms, and is only detected after reaching the final or terminal stage and is required to undergo dialysis therapy. Hemodialisis is a dialisis process using a dialisis machine, where the blood is removed, then pumped and cleaned by an HD machine into a compartment of the dialyzer, and then put back into the body. CKD patients should undergo hemodialysis therapy for 4-5 hours each therapy, at least twice a week, for the rest of their lives. Recliner chairs are one of the alternative furniture facilities that hospitals can provide for patients undergoing hemodialysis therapy, in addition to using a bed. Recliner chairs are designed to increase comfort for hemodialysis patients during therapy and are equipped with code blue facilities that support patient rescue efforts when facing emergency conditions. This product is an innovation in health furniture facilities that will be very useful for the medical world in Indonesia.
