Abstract

Wilayah perbatasan Indonesia khususnya di pulau Kalimantan memiliki beberapa ancaman militer maupun nonmiliter yang dapat mengancam kedaulatan Negara Indonesia. Pada tahun 2019, terdapat total 48 kasus nonmiliter yang terjadi di daerah Perbatasan Indonesia-Malaysia. Kasus tersebut meliputi penyelundupan barang illegal, senjata rakitan, dan imigran illegal. Menhan Prabowo mengatakan, “Indonesia harus memiliki kekuatan yang cukup untuk menjaga kedaulatan, melindungi segenap tumpah darah, kesatuan dan keutuhan wilayah dari ancaman tentara negara asing.” Perbatasan Indonesia Malaysia terbentang sepanjang 2.019 Km dari Tanjung Batu hingga Teluk Sebatik. Pemerintah mencanangkan Pengelolaan Perbatasan yang ideal guna meningkatkan keamanan di daerah perbatasan. Salah satu cara dalam mengelola perbatasan yang ideal adalah menambah dan meningkatkan kuantitas dan kualitas alat peralatan pengamanan di daerah perbatasan. Jalur Inspeksi dan Patroli Perbatasan (JIPP) merupakan rencana pemerintah untuk menyusuri pilar perbatasan Kalimantan Barat maupun Kalimantan Utara agar inspeksi dapat dilaksanakan secara efisien untuk mencapai tujuan Pengelolaan Perbatasan yang ideal. Kendaraan yang dapat melalui segala medan dan memudahkan pengguna merupakan hal yang dapat meningkatkan efisiensi kinerja di lapangan. Pengumpulan data yang dilakukan yaitu penulis dapat melakukan observasi secara mendalam meliputi kondisi lingkungan, kebutuhan pengguna, dan regulasi yang harus dipenuhi untuk mewujudkan Pengelolaan Perbatasan yang ideal. Aspek militer yang meliputi disiplin, kuat, dan adaptif merupakan goals yang ditanamkan pada design concept dalam merancang motor personal untuk kendaraan patroli perbatasan Indonesia-Malaysia.

Indonesia's border areas, especially on the island of Kalimantan, have several military and non-military threats that can threaten the sovereignty of the Indonesian state. In 2019, there were a total of 48 non-military cases that occurred in the Indonesia-Malaysia border area. These cases include the smuggling of illegal goods, homemade weapons, and illegal immigrants. Defense Minister Prabowo said, "Indonesia must have sufficient strength to maintain sovereignty, protect all bloodshed, unity and territorial integrity from threats from foreign troops." The Indonesia-Malaysia border stretches for 2,019 Km from Tanjung Batu to Teluk Sebatik. The government has launched an ideal Border Management to improve security in border areas. One way to manage the ideal border is to add and increase the quantity and quality of security equipment in border areas. The Border Inspection and Patrol Route (JIPP) is the government's plan to follow the border pillars of West Kalimantan and North Kalimantan so that inspections can be carried out efficiently to achieve the goal of ideal Border Management. Vehicles that can go through all terrain and make it easier for users are things that can increase performance efficiency in the field. Data collection is carried out, namely the author can make in-depth observations covering environmental conditions, user needs, and regulations that must be met to realize the ideal Border Management. Military aspects which include discipline, strength, and adaptability are goals that are embedded in the design concept in designing personal motorbikes for Indonesia-Malaysia border patrol vehicles.
