Abstract

Sistem Tata Kerja (STK) menjadi landasan penting dalam memastikan kegiatan pemeliharaan berjalan efektif dan efisien. Sejak diberlakukannya STK Pemeliharaan pada 1 November 2024, perusahaan telah memiliki pedoman yang mencakup pengelolaan Equipment Tag Numbering, penilaian tingkat kekritisan peralatan (Equipment Criticality Assessment), analisis kegagalan dan dampaknya (Failure Modes Effect Analysis), hingga penerapan Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM). Proses revalidasi dilakukan untuk memastikan keselarasan hasil penilaian sebelumnya dengan ketentuan sistem tata kerja terbaru. Hasil revalidasi menunjukkan bahwa peralatan turbomachinery seperti Gas Turbine Compressor (GTC) tetap berada dalam kategori vital sebagai Production Critical Equipment (PCE). Peralatan glycol/filtration system, compressor, dan gas metering yang sebelumnya diidentifikasi sebagai Production Critical Equipment (PCE) bergeser ke kategori secondary/supporting. Kondisi ini memerlukan pemantauan lebih lanjut untuk memastikan bahwa keandalan peralatan tetap terjaga dan strategi pemeliharaan tetap selaras dengan risiko operasional

Standard Operating Procedures serves as a key foundation to ensure maintenance activities are carried out effectively and efficiently. Since the implementation of the Maintenance Operating Procedures on 1 November 2024, the company has been implemented guidelines covering Equipment Tag Numbering management, equipment criticality assessment (Equipment Criticality Assessment), failure analysis and its consequences (Failure Modes and Effects Analysis/FMEA) and the application of Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM). A revalidation process was conducted to ensure alignment between previous assessment results and the latest STK requirements. The revalidation results indicate that turbomachinery equipment, such as Gas Turbine Compressors (GTC), remains categorized as vital Production Critical Equipment (PCE). Glycol/filtration systems, compressors, and gas metering equipment that were previously identified as Production Critical Equipment (PCE) have shifted to the secondary/supporting category. This condition requires ongoing monitoring to ensure equipment reliability is maintained and that maintenance strategies remain aligned with operational risks.
