Abstract

Dalam melakukan segala bentuk aktivitasnya, manusia membutuhkan sebuah tempat dalam melakukan kegiatannya agar kegiatan tersebut dapat dilakukan dengan nyaman dan aman, seiring berkembangnya zaman tempat tersebut menjadi sangat beragam dan komples seiring dengan perkembangan manusia yang dimana tempat tersebut harus bisa memenuhi kebutuhan manusia dalam menjalani aktivitasnya. Kantor merupakan salah satu tempat yang terdiri dari berbagai fasilitas umum yang digunakan untuk menunjang manusia untuk bekerja bersama untuk mencapai tujuan tertentu. Setiap kantor akan menjadi sangat berbeda dan memiliki ciri khas dari usaha dan tujuan perusahaan yang menetap di kantor tersebut. MM Galleri Surabaya merupakan sebuah kantor yang bergerak dibidang pemasok batu alam, memberikan solusi kepada arsitek, desainer interior, pengrajin furnitur, pengembang dan pemilik rumah di Indonesia, Singapura dan luar negeri. MM Galleri Surabaya memiliki potensi yang besar dalam menjalankan bisnisnya, salah satunya mengoptimalkan tata letak interior kantor untuk membentuk kualitas kerja dan produktivitas karyawan sehingga sebanding lurus dengan tingkat keberhasilan sekaligus sebagai bentuk cerminan dari visi misi dan budaya perusahaan tersebut Dengan kebutuhan khusus tersebut disusun pada hipotesa desain untuk meningkatkan produktivitas pekerja MM Galleri Surabaya dengan mengaplikasikan konsep Team Based Office Open Plan sebagai kemudahan kolaborasi dan produktivitas karyawan. Konsep Team Based Office Plan berfokus pada peningkatan hubungan kerja di antara karyawan dengan didukung tata letak ruangan yang optimal. Dengan demikian, harapan pekerja memberikan pengaruh feedback pada perusahaan MM Galleri Surabaya berupa kualitas kerja dan produktivitas yang baik sehingga dalam menjalankan bisnisnya akan lebih optimal.

In carrying out all forms of activity, humans need a place to carry out their activities so that these activities can be carried out comfortably and safely, along with the development of the times the place has become very diverse and complex along with human development where the place must be able to meet human needs in carrying out their activities. The office is a place that consists of various public facilities that are used to support humans to work together to achieve certain goals. Each office will be very different and have the characteristics of the business and goals of the company that resides in the office. MM Galleri Surabaya is an office engaged in natural stone suppliers, providing solutions to architects, interior designers, furniture craftsmen, developers and homeowners in Indonesia, Singapore and abroad. MM Galleri Surabaya has great potential in running its business, one of which is optimizing the layout of the office interior to shape the quality of work and employee productivity so that it is directly proportional to the level of success as well as a reflection of the vision, mission and corporate culture. With these special needs, a design hypothesis was developed to increase the productivity of MM Galleri Surabaya workers by applying the Team Based Office Open Plan concept to facilitate collaboration and employee productivity. The Team Based Office Plan concept focuses on improving working relationships among employees supported by an optimal room layout. Thus, it is hoped that workers will provide feedback on the MM Galleri Surabaya company in the form of good work quality and productivity so that they will run their business more optimally.
