Abstract

Kerja Praktik ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan mengimplementasikan aplikasi ETOS Inventory System Mobile sebagai sistem pendukung operasional lapangan di PT Pelindo Terminal Petikemas. Aplikasi ini dikembangkan untuk membantu proses pencatatan transaksi peti kemas pada area Gate, Yard, dan Berth secara digital guna mengurangi ketergantungan terhadap pencatatan manual yang berpotensi menimbulkan kesalahan dan keterlambatan pembaruan data. Pengembangan aplikasi dilakukan menggunakan framework Flutter pada sisi frontend dan Laravel pada sisi backend yang terintegrasi dengan basis data perusahaan melalui layanan REST API. Proses pengembangan meliputi tahap analisis kebutuhan sistem, perancangan arsitektur dan antarmuka pengguna, implementasi sistem, serta pengujian fungsional dan integrasi. Hasil implementasi menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi ETOS Inventory System Mobile mampu menjalankan fungsi pencatatan operasional lapangan secara real-time dan sesuai dengan kebutuhan operasional Divisi Infrastruktur dan Solusi TI PT Pelindo Terminal Petikemas. Dengan demikian, aplikasi ini diharapkan dapat mendukung kelangsungan operasional terminal serta meningkatkan akurasi dan konsistensi data inventori perusahaan.

This Internship aims to design and implement the ETOS Inventory System Mobile application as a field operational support system at PT Pelindo Terminal Petikemas. The application is developed to assist in digitally recording container transaction activities in the Gate, Yard, and Berth areas in order to reduce reliance on manual recording processes that are prone to errors and delays in data updates. The application development utilizes the Flutter framework on the frontend side and the Laravel framework on the backend side, which is integrated with the company’s database through REST API services. The development process includes system requirements analysis, architecture and user interface design, system implementation, as well as functional and integration testing. The implementation results indicate that the ETOS Inventory System Mobile application is capable of performing real-time field operational recording functions in accordance with the operational needs of the Infrastructure and IT Solutions Division of PT Pelindo Terminal Petikemas. Therefore, this application is expected to support terminal operational continuity and improve the accuracy and consistency of the company’s inventory data.
