Abstract

Kolom komposit diminati karena penampangnya yang lebih efisien dibandingkan profil baja maupun kolom bertulang. Kolom komposit Concrete Filled Steel Tube (CFST) dibentuk dari pipa baja yang diisi oleh beton. Kolom komposit Concrete Encased Steel Column (CESC) merupakan kolom profil baja yang diselimuti oleh beton bertulang. Seperti halnya pada kolom beton bertulang dan kolom baja konvensional, analisis dari kolom komposit hampir sama dengan komponen struktur tekan lainnya, namun dengan faktor pengekangan yang telah dilakukan. Pada penelitian ini dilakukan analisis dari penelitian dan eksperimen sebelumnya untuk mendapatkan persamaan pengekangan beton dan model tegangan-regangan yang sudah mengatur. Selanjutnya dilakukan pemodelan numerik untuk mendapatkan perilaku non-linear dari kolom komposit termasuk kurva tegangan-regangan, diagram interaksi, momen kurvatur, dan nilai daktilitas. Dalam tesis ini juga dilakukan studi parametrik kolom komposit terhadap rasio rasio diameter terhadap tebal, mutu beton, mutu profil baja, dan mutu tulangan.

Composite columns are in demand because their cross sections are more efficient than steel profiles and reinforced columns. Concrete Filled Steel Tube (CFST) composite columns are formed from steel tube filled with concrete. Composite Column Concrete Encased Steel Column (CESC) is a steel profile column covered by reinforced concrete. As in the case of reinforced concrete columns and conventional steel columns, the analysis of the composite column is almost the same as for other compression members, but with the restraint factors that have been carried out. In this study, an analysis of previous studies and experiments was carried out to obtain the concrete confinement equation and the stress-strain model that has been set. Furthermore, numerical modeling was carried out to obtain nonlinear behavior of the composite column including stress-strain curves, interaction diagrams, moment curvature, and ductility values. In this thesis, parametric studies of composite columns were also conducted on the ratio of diameter to thickness, concrete quality, steel profile quality, and reinforcement quality.
