Abstract
Dalam rangka implementasi green construction, penyelenggara konstruksi harus memfokuskan perhatiannya pada aspek lingkungan termasuk sistem pengelolaan rantai pasok. Kompleksitas rantai pasok konstruksi dalam mengintegrasikan aspek lingkungan dimulai dari tahapan perencanaan, pembangunan dan operasional terhadap proses dan kegiatan. Konstruksi berkelanjutan merupakan konsep yang dikembangkan dari konsep pembangunan berkelanjutan. Green Supply Chain Management (GSCM) adalah salah satu aspek dalam konstruksi berkelanjutan akan memberikan kontribusi terhadap efisiensi suatu proses konstruksi. Dengan demikian, pada penelitian ini akan dilakukan analisis untuk mengidentifikasi indikator green supply chain management yang paling dominan/berpengaruh serta merumuskan strategi optimalisasi penerapan GSCM pada proyek konstruksi. Penelitian ini menggunakan konsep GSCM practice yang dilakukan dengan survey kuesioner. Responden adalah Manajer Proyek (Project Manager), SAM (Site Administratif Manager), SOM (Site Operational Manager), SEM (Site Engineering Manager) serta staf teknik yang memahami mengenai pengelolaan rantai pasok. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA) dengan hasil interpretasi Importance-Performance Analysis berupa grafik yang memiliki empat kuadran yang menunjukkan tingkat kepentingan dan kinerja. Hasil penelitian diperoleh indikator dominan/berpengaruh dalam penerapan green supply chain management pada proyek konstruksi merupakan atribut yang memiliki tingkat kepentingan di atas rata-rata yaitu atribut yang termasuk dalam variabel facilitating green practice, green design, green purchasing, green construction dan green recycling. Strategi optimalisasi penerapan GSCM pada proyek konstruksi dapat diformulasikan yaitu dengan melakukan monitoring dan evaluasi secara berkala terhadap upaya yang telah dibuat dan menetapkan kesamaan konsep yang dapat dilakukan dari tahap awal sampai akhir pelaksanaan proyek konstruksi dengan fokus terhadap konsep utama yang telah menjadi kesepakatan para stakeholder.

In the green construction era, construction process should focus on environmental aspects including supply chain management system. The complexity of the construction supply chain in integrating environmental aspects includes the process and implementation in the planning, development, and operational stages. Sustainable construction is a concept developed from the concept of sustainable development. Green Supply Chain Management (GSCM) in construction projects is one aspect of sustainable construction that will contribute to the efficiency of a construction process. Therefore, the study aims to identify the most dominant green supply chain management indicators and formulate strategies for optimizing the implementation of GSCM in construction projects. This research uses the concept of GSCM practice, which will be conducted through a questionnaire survey. Respondents are Project Manager, Site Administrative Manager, Site Operational Manager, Site Engineering Manager, and engineering staff who understand supply chain management. This research uses the Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA) method with the interpretation of Importance-Performance Analysis in the form of a graph with four quadrants showing the level of importance and performance. Then from the results of IPA, semi structured interviews will be conducted with expert respondents (PM / SEM / SOM / SAM) to formulate strategies for optimizing the implementation of GSCM. The results showed that the dominant/influential indicators in the application of green supply chain management in construction projects are attributes that have an above-average level of importance, namely attributes that are included in the facilitator variables of green practice, green design, green purchasing, green construction, and green recycling. The strategy for optimizing the implementation of GSCM in construction projects can be formulated, namely by conducting regular monitoring and evaluation of the efforts that have been made and establishing common concepts that can be carried out from the initial stage to the end of the construction project implementation with a focus on the main ideas that have been agreed upon by the stakeholders.
