Abstract

Ketahanan pangan merupakan isu strategis bagi Indonesia yang masih menghadapi tantangan dalam distribusi pangan antarwilayah. Disparitas spasial, inefisiensi logistik, dan keterbatasan akses informasi menjadi kendala utama dalam perumusan kebijakan nasional. Untuk menjawab permasalahan tersebut, dikembangkan Sistem Ketahanan Pangan Nasional melalui platform pangan-id.com sebagai pusat visualisasi dan analisis data ketahanan pangan berbasis web. Sistem ini dibangun menggunakan arsitektur client–server, dengan Next.js dan React 19 pada frontend, Express.js dan Node.js pada backend, serta MongoDB sebagai basis data. Platform menyediakan lima modul, yaitu Data Ketahanan Pangan, Ekonometrika Spasial, Perdagangan Antarwilayah, Clustering, dan Model Cuaca melalui visualisasi geospasial menggunakan Mapbox. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan seluruh fungsionalitas berjalan sesuai kebutuhan, termasuk penyajian visualisasi interaktif per provinsi, analisis spasial, aliran perdagangan beras, clustering wilayah, serta pengaruh cuaca terhadap produksi padi. Sistem dapat diakses melalui pangan-id.com dan berkontribusi pada peningkatan transparansi informasi dan kolaborasi antarpemangku kepentingan dalam mewujudkan ketahanan pangan nasional yang berkelanjutan.

Food security is a strategic issue for Indonesia, which still faces challenges in interregional food distribution. Spatial disparities, logistical inefficiencies, and limited access to information are major obstacles in formulating national policies. To address these issues, the National Food Security System was developed through the pangan-id.com platform as a web-based center for food security data visualization and analysis. This system was built using a client-server architecture, with Next.js and React 19 on the frontend, Express.js and Node.js on the backend, and MongoDB as the database. The platform provides five modules, namely Food Security Data, Spatial Econometrics, Interregional Trade, Clustering, and Weather Models through geospatial visualization using Mapbox. Testing results show that all functionalities work as required, including interactive visualization by province, spatial analysis, rice trade flows, regional clustering, and the effect of weather on rice production. The system can be accessed at pangan-id.com and contributes to improving information transparency and collaboration among stakeholders in achieving sustainable national food security.
