Abstract

PT Salam Pacific Indonesia Lines (SPIL) adalah perusahaan pelayaran kontainer berbasis teknologi terbesar di Indonesia yang berpusat di Surabaya, Indonesia. Produk yang dikerjakan saat melakukan kerja praktik adalah sistem otomasi pekerjaan, yaitu sistem berbasis website yang membantu karyawan menyelesaikan pekerjaan secara otomatis dan lebih efektif. Pengguna utama sistem otomasi pekerjaan yang dikembangkan adalah karyawan yang mengerjakan pekerjaan secara repetitif setiap hari. Aplikasi dibuat dengan menggunakan framework Flask atau Laravel dan memiliki beberapa fitur, beberapa diantaranya adalah pembuatan sistem validasi kesesuaian laporan biaya perawatan kapal dengan daftar harga perawatan kapal, pembuatan dashboard analisis penggunaan bahan bakar kapal, dan lain-lain. Saya diminta untuk menyiapkan sistem otomasi berbasis website agar sistem dapat diakses oleh karyawan dengan mudah. Sistem otomasi ini dibuat dengan memproses data laporan kapal dari unggahan pengguna dan dari API.

PT Salam Pacific Indonesia Lines (SPIL) is the largest technology-based container shipping company in Indonesia, headquartered in Surabaya, Indonesia. The product developed during the internship was a work automation system, a website-based system that helps employees complete their work automatically and more effectively. The main users of the work automation system developed are employees who perform repetitive tasks every day.The application was built using the Flask or Laravel framework and includes several features, such as a system for validating the consistency of ship maintenance cost reports with the ship maintenance price list, a dashboard for analyzing ship fuel consumption, and others. I was tasked with developing a web-based automation system to ensure easy access for employees. This automation system processes ship report data from user uploads and via API.
