Abstract
Salah satu kampus di kota Malang yang sedang melakukan pembangunan gedung perkuliahan adalah Politeknik Negeri Malang (Polinema). Gedung perkuliahan tersebut adalah Gedung AC Program Studi Akuntansi Administrasi Niaga (AK/AN) yang direncanakan sebagai bangunan dengan delapan lantai dari konstruksi beton bertulang konvensional. Jenis pondasi yang digunakan adalah pondasi dalam bored pile diameter 600 mm dengan jarak dua kali diameter dan kedalaman bored pile adalah 12,5 meter dari muka tanah asli. Perencanaan pondasi bored pile didasarkan pada kondisi tanah di lokasi Gedung AC, dimana tanah didominasi oleh lempung berlanau. Dengan kondisi tanah yang baik, memungkinkan struktur pondasinya dapat diefisiensikan baik dari segi dimensi atau kedalamannya supaya lebih murah. Selain itu juga dapat direncanakan pondasi dangkal, oleh karena itu perencanaan alternatif pondasi perlu dipertimbangkan. Pada Tugas Akhir ini, pondasi yang direncanakan merupakan bored pile dan tikar. Pondasi bored pile direncanakan dengan diameter 800 mm sebanyak 213 titik sepanjang 1,5 meter. Berdasarkan perhitungan, pondasi bored pile memiliki daya dukung 93,48 ton dan gaya aksial yang bekerja maksimum 87,91 ton. Selain itu juga mampu menahan gaya horizontal yang terjadi dengan gaya horizontal izin 17 ton dan yang terjadi sebesar 5,4 ton. Adapun biaya untuk pekerjaan pondasi bored pile sebesar Rp. Rp. 2.814.844.380,- dengan durasi pengerjaan 64 hari. Sedangkan untuk pondasi tikar dengan dimensi 48,0 m x 39,2 m setebal 0,7 meter memiliki daya dukung 20,77 ton/m2 dan gaya yang bekerja sebesar 6,86 ton/m2. Pondasi tikar membutuhkan biaya sebesar Rp. 5.841.979.890,- dan memiliki durasi pengerjaan 257 hari. Sehingga, pondasi yang dipilih untuk Gedung AC ini dari segi perhitungan geoteknik, biaya, dan waktu adalah Pondasi Bored Pile.

One of the campuses in the city of Malang that is currently building a lecture hall is the State Polytechnic of Malang (Polinema). The lecture building is the AC Building of the Commercial Administration Accounting Study Program (AK/AN) which is planned as a building with eight floors of conventional reinforced concrete construction. The type of foundation used is a bored pile with a diameter of 600 mm with a distance of twice the diameter and the depth of the bored pile is 12,5 meters from the original soil surface. Bored pile foundation planning is based on soil conditions at the location of the AC Building, where the soil is dominated by silty clay. With good soil conditions, it is possible for the foundation structure to be efficient both in terms of dimensions or depth so that it is cheaper. In addition, shallow foundations can also be planned, therefore alternative foundation planning needs to be considered. In this final project, the planned foundation is bored pile and mat. Bored pile foundation is planned with a diameter of 800 mm as many as 213 points along 1,5 meters. Based on the calculation, the bored pile foundation has a carrying capacity of 93,48 tons and a maximum working axial force of 87,91 tons. In addition, it is also able to withstand the horizontal force that occurs with a permitted horizontal force of 17 tons and that occurs at 5,4 tons. The cost for bored pile foundation work is Rp. Rp. 2,814,844,380, - with a duration of 64 days. As for the mat foundation with dimensions of 48.0 m x 39.2 m with a thickness of 0.7 meters, it has a carrying capacity of 20.77 tons/m2 and a working force of 6.86 tons/m2. Mat foundation costs Rp. 5,841,979,890,- and has a processing duration of 257 days. Thus, the foundation chosen for the AC Building in terms of geotechnical calculations, costs, and time is the Bored Pile Foundation.
