Abstract
PT Widya Inovasi Indonesia merupakan perusahaan teknologi yang mengembangkan platform berbasis kecerdasan buatan, yaitu Notulensi.id dan Transkripsi.id, yang berfungsi untuk mendukung proses pencatatan dan transkripsi rapat secara otomatis. Dalam kegiatan kerja praktik ini, penulis melaksanakan perancangan dan pengembangan User Interface (UI) dan User Experience (UX) dengan tujuan meningkatkan kemudahan penggunaan dan efisiensi interaksi pengguna. Pelaksanaan kegiatan dimulai dengan UX research berbasis data menggunakan PostHog untuk menganalisis perilaku pengguna dan mengidentifikasi permasalahan UX pada fitur utama. Kemudian dilakukan redesign antarmuka dengan pendekatan data-driven design, meliputi penyederhanaan navigasi, perbaikan feedback visual, serta penyusunan design system sebagai pedoman konsistensi tampilan antarmuka. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan peningkatan efisiensi navigasi dan peningkatan kejelasan interaksi sistem setelah implementasi.

PT Widya Inovasi Indonesia is a technology company that develops artificial intelligence–based platforms, namely Notulensi.id and Transkripsi.id, which function to support the process of automatic meeting note-taking and transcription. In this internship activity, the author carried out the design and development of User Interface (UI) and User Experience (UX) with the aim of improving ease of use and efficiency of user interaction. The implementation of the activities began with data-based UX research using PostHog to analyze user behavior and identify UX issues in the main features. This was followed by an interface redesign using a data-driven design approach, including navigation simplification, visual feedback improvement, and the preparation of a design system as a guideline for interface consistency. The evaluation results show an improvement in navigation efficiency and an increase in the clarity of system interaction after implementation.
