Abstract
Tiara Handicraft merupakan UMKM berbasis kerajinan tangan di Surabaya yang mengintegrasikan aktivitas bisnis dengan pemberdayaan penyandang disabilitas. Keunikan model bisnis Tiara Handicraft terletak pada upaya mempertahankan bentuk badan usaha Commanditaire Vennotschap (CV) yang berorientasi pada profit, sekaligus menjalankan misi sosial melalui yayasan untuk menghindari persepsi eksploitasi pekerja disabilitas. Fenomena tersebut menuntut pendekatan pengembangan model bisnis yang komprehensif melalui Social Enterprise Model Canvas (SEMC) dengan mengintegrasikan analisis stakeholder, SWOT, dan Impact Gaps Canvas guna mengidentifikasi strategi yang tepat dalam menyeimbangkan orientasi ekonomi dan sosial. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus yang bertujuan mengidentifikasi profil usaha, strategi pengembangan, serta merumuskan model SEMC Tiara Handicraft. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi yang dianalisis menggunakan uji kredibilitas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Tiara Handicraft menerapkan model kewirausahaan sosial yang mampu menjaga nilai ekonomi dan nilai sosial secara berdampingan, sehingga Business Model Canvas (BMC) konvensional yang kurang dalam analisis sosial perlu dikembangkan menjadi SEMC. Pengembangan ini mencakup integrasi penyandang disabilitas melalui pelatihan mentoring on-the-job dan penyediaan lapangan kerja inklusif non-kontrak yang berkontribusi pada stabilitas omzet serta keberlanjutan pemberdayaan disabilitas. Secara keseluruhan, penelitian menegaskan pentingnya sistem formal berkelanjutan, kolaborasi multisektor, dan inovasi digital dalam menghadapi risiko serta memanfaatkan peluang pasar.

Tiara Handicraft is a craft-based MSME in Surabaya that integrates business activities with the empowerment of people with disabilities. The uniqueness of Tiara Handicraft's business model lies in its efforts to maintain a profit-oriented Commanditaire Vennotschap (CV) business structure, while also carrying out its social mission through a foundation to avoid the perception of exploiting workers with disabilities. This phenomenon requires a comprehensive business model development approach using the Social Enterprise Model Canvas (SEMC) by integrating stakeholder analysis, SWOT, and Impact Gaps Canvas to identify the right strategy in balancing economic and social orientation. This study uses a qualitative method with a case study approach that aims to identify business profiles, development strategies, and formulate the SEMC model for Tiara Handicraft. Data collection was conducted through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation studies analyzed using credibility tests. The results of the study show that Tiara Handicraft implements a social entrepreneurship model that is able to maintain economic and social values side by side, so that the conventional Business Model Canvas (BMC), which lacks social analysis, needs to be developed into SEMC. This development includes the integration of persons with disabilities through on-the-job mentoring training and the provision of inclusive non-contract employment that contributes to revenue stability and the sustainability of disability empowerment. Overall, the study emphasizes the importance of a sustainable formal system, multisectoral collaboration, and digital innovation in addressing risks and capitalizing on market opportunities.
