Abstract
PT. LAPI Laboratories merupakan perusahaan yang menjalankan proses pengelolaan dan pemusnahan limbah B3 sesuai ketentuan regulasi lingkungan. Selama kegiatan kerja praktik, sistem yang dikembangkan adalah Sistem Informasi Pengelolaan Pemusnahan Limbah B3 yang bertujuan untuk mendigitalisasi proses pengajuan, verifikasi lapangan, persetujuan berjenjang, hingga pembuatan Berita Acara Pemusnahan.
Aplikasi dibangun menggunakan Node.js pada sisi backend dan React JS pada sisi frontend, serta dilengkapi fitur audit trail, pengunduhan label limbah, dan pencetakan dokumen resmi. Arsitektur sistem dirancang dengan pemisahan komponen berdasarkan layanan dan penerapan autentikasi berbasis token. Implementasi ini membantu perusahaan mempercepat proses administrasi pemusnahan, meminimalkan kesalahan manual, dan meningkatkan akurasi pendataan limbah.

PT. LAPI Laboratories is a company that carries out hazardous and toxic waste (B3 waste) management and disposal processes in accordance with environmental regulations. During the internship program, the developed system was a Hazardous Waste Disposal Management Information System aimed at digitalizing the entire workflow, including waste disposal requests, field verification, multi-level approvals, and the generation of official Disposal Reports.
The application was developed using Node.js on the backend and React JS on the frontend, and is equipped with features such as audit trail, waste label download, and official document printing. The system architecture was designed with service-based component separation and token-based authentication. This implementation assists the company in accelerating administrative processes, minimizing manual errors, and improving the accuracy of waste data management.
