Abstract
Pembangunan Jalan Tol Ruas Solo-Yogyakarta-NYIA Kulon Progo merupakan kelanjutan dari Jalan Tol Solo-Ngawi yang merupakan bagian dari rangkaian Jalan Tol Trans Jawa. Pertumbuhan volume kendaraan di Kota Yogyakarta terus bertambah namun hal tersebut tersebut tidak diimbangi dengan pengembangan kapasitas jalan yang ada sehingga sering terjadi kemacetan. Jalan tol ini sebagai jalan alternatif yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kapasitas jalan sehingga dapat mengurai kemacetan, meningkatkan aksesibilitas, konektivitas, dan memberikan lalu lintas pendukung menuju tiga Bandar Udara yaitu New Yogyakarta International Airport di Kulonprogo, Bandar Udara Ahmad Yani di Semarang dan Adi Soemarmo di Solo. Saat ini telah dilaksanakan pengerjaan pada Seksi 1 Paket 1.1. Namun Seksi 1 Paket 1.1 Ruas Solo-Klaten belum menyelesaikan pembebasan lahan karena dikabarkan trase tersebut melewati pemukiman dan fasilitas umum. Metodologi perancangan Tugas Akhir ini dimulai dari identifikasi masalah, studi literatur, pengumpulan data sekunder, penentuan trase dengan menggunakan Multi Criteria Analysis dalam pemilihan trase alternatif, selanjutnya dilakukan perancangan geometrik yang dilakukan dengan memperhatikan peta situasi untuk mendukung dasar pemilihan alinyemen horizontal dan alinyemen vertikal berpedoman pada Pedoman Desain Geometrik Jalan Direktorat Jenderal Bina Marga 2021, selanjutnya dilakukan perancangan tebal perkerasan kaku direncanakan berdasarkan beban lalu lintas berpedoman pada Manual Desain Perkerasan Jalan tahun 2017, perancangan dimensi saluran drainase Pd. T-02-2006-B Tentang Perencanaan Sistem Drainase Jalan, perencanaan rambu dan marka, serta perhitungan rancangan anggaran biaya konstruksi yang dilakukan dengan memperhatikan Harga Satuan Pokok Kegiatan Kota Surabaya yang dikonversi dengan Indeks Kemahalan Konstruksi Kabupaten Klaten. Hasil perancangan ini yaitu Jalan Tol Solo-Yogyakarta-NYIA Kulon progo Seksi 1 Paket 1.1 dengan trase baru sepanjang 21.838 km dengan 9 Point of Intersection tikungan Spiral-Circle-Spiral serta 38 Point of Vertical Intersection, dengan tebal perkerasan 305 mm pelat beton, lapis Lean Mix Concrete 100 mm, lapis drainase 150 mm, stabilisasi semen 300 mm, sambungan tie bars dengan diameter dimensi tipikal saluran drainase yaitu b=1.00 m dan h=0.5 m, volume galian 5507.54 m3, volume timbunan 8356150.57m3, serta rancangan anggaran biaya sebesar Rp. 2.323.135.091.106,-

The construction of the Solo-Yogyakarta-NYIA Kulon Progo Highway is a continuation project of the Solo-Ngawi Toll Road which is part of the Trans Java Toll Road. The vehicle volume in Yogyakarta city continues to grow. However, this is not followed by the development of existing road capacity so that congestion often occurs. This toll road is an alternative road that aims to increase road capacity so as to relieve congestion, improve accessibility, connectivity, and provide supporting traffic to three airports, namely New Yogyakarta International Airport in Kulonprogo, Ahmad Yani Airport in Semarang and Adi Soemarmo in Solo. Currently, work has been carried out on Section 1 of Package 1.1. However, Section 1 Package 1.1 of the Solo-Klaten segment has not yet completed the land acquisition because it is reported that the route passes through residential areas and public facilities. This toll road design methodology begins with problem identification, literature study, secondary data collection, route determination using Multi Criteria Analysis in the selection of alternative routes, then a geometric design is carried out by taking into account the situation map to support the basis for selecting horizontal and vertical alignments based on the Guidelines for Geometric Design of Roads by the Bina Marga Regulation 2021, then the design of rigid pavement is planned based on traffic loads based on the 2017 Road Pavement Design Manual of 2017 the Ministry of Public Works, the design of the dimensions of the drainage channel Pd. T-02-2006-B Regarding Road Drainage System Planning, planning of signs and markings, as well as the calculation of the construction cost budget plan which is carried out by taking into account the Basic Unit Prices of Surabaya City which are converted to the Klaten Regency Construction Cost Index The result of this toll road planning is the Solo-Yogyakarta-NYIA Kulon Progo Toll Road Section 1 Package 1.1 with a new 21,838 km route, 9 Points of Intersection Spiral-Circle-Spiral bends, and 38 Vertikal Points of Intersection, with a pavement thickness of 305 mm concrete slabs, layers Lean Mix Concrete 100 mm, drainage layer 150 mm, cement stabilization 300 mm, tie bars connection with typical diameter dimensions of drainage channels, namely b=1.00 m and h=0.5 m, excavated volume 5507.54 m3, embankment volume 8356150.57m3, as well as the design budget. of Rp. 2,323,135,091.106,-
