Abstract
Pertumbuhan pesat platform e-commerce menimbulkan tantangan baru dalam logistik, khususnya pada layanan pengiriman instan yang membutuhkan kecepatan, akurasi, dan efisiensi tinggi. Proses pickup pesanan di gudang oleh kurir instan menjadi krusial karena berpengaruh langsung terhadap ketepatan pengiriman dan kepuasan pelanggan. Proses ini dipengaruhi oleh proses sorting pesanan di area pengiriman dan assignment kurir. Di Gudang A, Marketplace ABC, proses sorting saat ini dilakukan berdasarkan abjad nama pembeli, tanpa mempertimbangkan assignment kurir yang ditentukan berdasarkan efisiensi rute pengiriman dengan maksimal 3 (tiga) pesanan. Kondisi ini menyebabkan meningkatnya waktu dan potensi kesalahan pada proses pickup pesanan oleh kurir instan dikarenakan pesanan yang akan di-pickup terletak pada rak yang bebeda-beda. Penelitian ini bertujuan memperbaiki proses tersebut melalui penerapan zone picking berbasis lokasi pengiriman yang dibentuk menggunakan metode K-Means Clustering, dengan jumlah zona optimal ditentukan melalui metode Elbow dan optimasi rute pengiriman dilakukan menggunakan Integer Linear Programming (ILP). Studi kasus menggunakan 61.577 data historis pesanan instan periode Juli 2025 menunjukkan terbentuknya lima zone picking. Penerapan zone picking dan perancangan ulang proses pickup—meliputi sorting pesanan di area pengiriman dan assignment kurir—berhasil menurunkan rata-rata waktu pickup dari 6,7 menit menjadi 1,7 menit, meningkatkan akurasi menjadi 100%, serta memperoleh nilai efisiensi rute sebesar 0.59 atau total jarak pengiriman dapat dikurangi sekitar 41%. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa kombinasi penerapan zone picking efektif dalam mempercepat dan meningkatkan akurasi proses pickup oleh kurir instan di gudang sekaligus menghasilkan efisiensi rute pengiriman.

The rapid growth of e-commerce platforms has created new challenges in logistics, particularly in instant delivery services that demand high speed, accuracy, and efficiency. The order pickup process at the warehouse by instant couriers is crucial, as it directly affects delivery timeliness and customer satisfaction. This process is influenced by how orders are sorted in the dispatch area and how couriers are assigned. At Warehouse A of Marketplace ABC, the current sorting process is conducted alphabetically by buyer name, without considering courier assignments that are determined based on delivery route efficiency with a maximum of three orders per courier. This condition increases the time and likelihood of errors in the pickup process, as the orders to be collected are placed on different racks. This study aims to improve the process through the implementation of zone picking based on delivery locations, formed using the K-Means Clustering method, with the optimal number of zones determined using the Elbow method, and delivery route optimization carried out using Integer Linear Programming (ILP). A case study using 61.577 historical instant delivery orders from July 2025 resulted in the formation of five zone pickings. The application of zone picking and the redesigned pickup process, including order sorting in the dispatch area and courier assignment, successfully reduced the average pickup time from 6,7 minutes to 1,7 minutes, improved accuracy to 100%, and achieved a route efficiency ratio of 0,59, indicating a 41% reduction in delivery distance. These results demonstrate that the combination of zone picking and route optimization effectively accelerates and enhances the accuracy of the pickup process by instant couriers in warehouses while
improving delivery route efficiency.
