Abstract
Saat ini tengah dibangun pabrik nikel di Indonesia tepatnya di Kabupaten Kolaka, Sulawesi Tenggara. Akan tetapi, saat ini pabrik smelter tersebut masih terkendala dengan masalah suplai air bersih yang belum tersedia, sehingga akan direncanakan jaringan pipa suplai air bersih dari sumber air di sekitar wilayah pabrik smelter tersebut. Sungai Wolo direncanakan menjadi akan menjadi suplai air di pabrik tersebut. Sungai Wolo ini berjarak 4 km dari pabrik dan memiliki elevasi hampir mencapai 200 m dibawah elevasi pabrik smelter. Dengan perbedaan elevasi tersebut, maka jaringan pipa tersebut akan direncanakan menggunakan pompa sebagai alat bantu untuk mengalirkan air dari Sungai Wolo ke lokasi dari pabrik smelter tersebut. Pada tugas akhir ini direncanakan intake dan jaringan pipa dengan jaringan pipa yang dibuat seperti tangga ke atas dengan reservoir sebagai tempat penampungan air sementara, sehingga akan dibutuhkan beberapa pompa dengan kapasitas yang tidak terlalu besar. Pada tugas akhir ini dilakukan analisis hujan rencana serta analisis hidrologi dengan data-data yang telah ada untuk mencari debit rencana dan debit andalan. Selanjutnya akan dilakukan perhitungan serta perencanaan bangunan intake yang meliputi : pintu pengambilan, saluran pembawa, kantong lumpur, dan reservoir. Setelah itu dilakukan perhitungan dan perencanaan kapasitas pompa transfer. Pada tahap akhir dilakukan perhitungan dan perencanaan jalur pipa dan dimensi pipa. Dari hasil perhitungan dan analisa yang telah dilakukan, didapatkan beberapa kesimpulan yaitu ketersediaan debit yang dihitung dengan menggunakan metode FJ Mock didapat debit Q90 sebesar 0,71 m3/s, diimensi kantong lumpur dengan lebar 1,25 m, panjang 26 m, dan tinggi 1,4 m, dan besar daya pompa untuk setiap reservoir sebesar 199,28 kW dan 235,51 kW.

Currently, a nickel factory is being built in Indonesia, precisely in Kolaka Regency, Southeast Sulawesi. However, currently the smelter plant is still constrained by the problem of clean water supply that is not yet available, so a clean water supply pipe network will be planned from water sources around the smelter plant area. Wolo River is planned to be the water supply for the factory. Wolo River is 4 km from the factory and has an elevation of almost 200 m below the smelter plant elevation. With the difference in elevation, the pipeline network will be planned to use a pump as a tool to drain water from the Wolo River to the location of the smelter plant. In this final project, it is planned that the intake and pipeline network with a pipe network that is made like a ladder up with a reservoir as a temporary water reservoir, so that it will take several pumps with a capacity that is not too large. In this final project, an analysis of planned rainfall and hydrological analysis with existing data is carried out to find the planned discharge and mainstay discharge. Furthermore, the design of the intake building will be carried out which includes: intake gate, channel, mudag, and reservoir. After that, the transfer pump capacity is designed. In the final stage, the design of pipelines network and pipe dimensions are carried out. From the results of calculations and analyzes that have been carried out, several conclusions are obtained, those are the availability of discharge calculated using the FJ Mock method obtained a Q90 discharge of 0.71 m3/s, the dimensions of the mud bag are 1.25 m wide, 26 m long, and 1,4 m high, and the pump power for each reservoir is 199.28 kW and 235,51 kW, respectively.
