Abstract

TK Islam Insan Cendekia Surabaya memerlukan transformasi digital yang menyeluruh untuk mengatasi keterbatasan administrasi konvensional sekaligus memperluas jangkauan publikasi informasi sekolah. Kerja Praktik ini bertujuan membangun platform digital sekolah yang terintegrasi menggunakan pendekatan Hibrida, yang memadukan kecepatan pengembangan Low-Code dengan fleksibilitas Custom Web Development dalam ekosistem Google Workspace. Pengembangan sistem dibagi menjadi dua komponen utama yang saling melengkapi. Pertama, pemanfaatan Google Sites sebagai fondasi profil sekolah dasar yang didukung oleh otomasi Google Forms dan Autocrat untuk proses Pendaftaran Peserta Didik Baru (PPDB) serta visualisasi data pendaftar melalui Google Looker Studio. Kedua, pengembangan Website Dinamis berbasis Google Apps Script yang memiliki fungsi ganda: sebagai Website Profil Sekolah yang interaktif untuk menyajikan informasi publik (seperti agenda kegiatan dan lokasi), sekaligus sebagai Portal Layanan Terpadu. Portal ini mencakup "Portal Orang Tua" dengan fitur keamanan PIN, konfirmasi pembayaran, dan asisten virtual berbasis Google Gemini AI, serta "Portal Admin" untuk manajemen penggajian guru dan pencatatan keuangan operasional. Hasil pengujian fungsional menunjukkan bahwa kedua platform tersebut mampu berjalan secara sinergis. Website Apps Script berhasil menyajikan konten profil yang dinamis sekaligus menangani logika bisnis yang kompleks, sementara sistem Low Code menangani alur pendaftaran dengan efisien. Implementasi ini memberikan dampak positif berupa modernisasi citra digital sekolah, peningkatan efisiensi administrasi, serta jaminan keamanan privasi data siswa.

TK Islam Insan Cendekia Surabaya requires a comprehensive digital transformation to address the limitations of conventional administration while expanding the reach of school information dissemination. This practical work aims to develop an integrated school digital platform using a Hybrid approach, which combines the development speed of Low-Code with the flexibility of Custom Web Development within the Google Workspace ecosystem. The system development is divided into two complementary main components. First, the utilization of Google Sites as the foundation for the basic school profile, supported by Google Forms and Autocrat automation for the New Student Admission (Penerimaan Peserta Didik Baru or PPDB) process, as well as registrant data visualization through Google Looker Studio. Second, the development of a Dynamic Website based on Google Apps Script that serves a dual function: as an interactive School Profile Website to present public information (such as event agendas and locations), and simultaneously as an Integrated Service Portal. This portal encompasses a "Parent Portal" featuring PIN-based security, payment confirmation, and a Google Gemini AI-based virtual assistant, as well as an "Admin Portal" for teacher payroll management and operational financial recording. Functional testing results indicate that both platforms operate synergistically. The Apps Script Website successfully presents dynamic profile content while handling complex business logic, whereas the Low-Code system manages the registration flow efficiently. This implementation delivers positive impacts, including the modernization of the school's digital image, increased administrative efficiency, and the assurance of student data privacy security.
