Abstract
Ponsel merupakan salah satu benda terpenting untuk di masa saat ini. Melalui perkembangan teknologi, masyarakat memiliki fasilitas baru dalam menggunakan gadget serta teknologi seluler. Perangkat seluler merupakan benda penting untuk kegiatan sehari-hari, terutama dalam pembelajaran seluler. Pada penelitian ini dilakukan sebuah riset mengenai perilaku penggunaan mobile learning oleh mahasiswa Departemen Fisika ITS melalui data survey kuesioner. Structural equation modelling (SEM) dan sistem logika fuzzy mamdani digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Metode SEM berperan untuk menganalisa hubungan antar variabel yang digunakan dengan menyusun variabel independen, intervening, dan dependen. Diperoleh hasil bahwa variabel kesiapan sejawat mahasiswa dan kondisi fasilitas secara langsung memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap variabel perilaku penggunaan dengan nilai error SEM sebesar 4,5%. Perancangan sistem logika fuzzy mamdani dirancang dengan 3 skenario dengan variasi bentuk segitiga, trapesium, dan gaussian. Kemudian didapatkan didapatkan model terbaik output perilaku penggunaan dengan nilai MAPE sebesar 2,63%. Hasil nilai error dan MAPE di atas tergolong baik, maka kedua metode tersebut mampu mengukur persepsi perilaku mahasiswa dalam penggunaan mobile learning.

Cell phones are one of the most important things in today’s world. Through technological developments, people have new facilities in using gadgets and cellular technology. Mobile devices are important objects for daily activities, especially in mobile learning. In this study, a research was conducted on the perception of behavior in the use of mobile learning by Department Engineering Physics ITS through questionnaire survey data. Structural equation modelling (SEM) and mamdani fuzzy logic system were used in this study. The SEM method plays a role in analyzing the relationship between the variables used by compiling the independent, intervening, and dependent variables. The results showed that the variable readiness of students’ peers and the condition of the facilities directly had a significant influence in the behavioral perception variable with an SEM error value of 4,5%. The mamdani fuzzy logic system was designed with 3 scenarios with variations in triangular, trapezoidal, and gaussian shapes. Then mamdani fuzzy logic system was obtained that the best model of usage behavior output was obtained with a MAPE value of 2,63%. The results of the error and MAPE values above are good, so the two methods are able to measure the perception of student behavior in the use of mobile learning.
