Abstract
Bekisting menjadi salah satu aspek penting pada proyek gedung bertingkat karena dapat mempengaruhi kualitas konstruksi, waktu pekerjaan, dan biaya. Terdapat banyak metode alternatif teknologi cetak beton atau bekisting di Indonesia dari bekisting konvensional menjadi sistem prafabrikasi seperti alform (Aluminium Formwork). Bekisting konvensional merupakan bekisting yang terbuat dari material kayu, multiplex, dan papan dengan masa penggunaan 4-6 kali. Penggunaan bekisting konvensional ini masih meninggalkan banyak rework serta menggunakan banyak resource (sumber daya) sehingga kurang efektif dan efisien. Sedangkan alform (Aluminium Formwork) merupakan bekisting yang terbuat dari aluminium dan dapat digunakan berulang kali (150-200 kali). Melihat kekurangan bekisting konvensional dan kelebihan bekisting alform, pada tugas akhir ini dilakukan analisis perbandingan terhadap kedua metode tersebut, yang akan dimodelkan pada pelat lantai, balok, dan kolom tower b proyek Trans Icon Surabaya. Sehingga diperlukan data dimensi bekisting untuk melakukan perhitungan volume, analisis produktivitas, analisis waktu, dan analisis biaya. Pada tahap akhir dilakukan analisis perbadingan terhadap waktu dan biaya dari penggunaan bekisting konvensional dan bekisting alform. Dari hasil analisis yang telah dilakukan, didapatkan kesimpulan selisih waktu pekerjaan bekisting antara metode konvensional dengan alform adalah 73 hari. Sedangkan dari segi biaya pelaksanaan pekerjaan bekisting antara metode konvensional dan alform memiliki selisih sebesar Rp6.900.732.244,56. Dari perbandingan waktu dan biaya dapat disimpulkan bahwa metode alform lebih efisien dibandingkan dengan metode konvensional.

Formwork is an important aspect of high-rise building projects because it can affect construction quality, working time, and cost. There are many alternative methods of concrete molding technology or formwork in Indonesia, from conventional formwork to prefabricated systems such as alform (Aluminum Formwork). Conventional formwork is made of wood, multiplex and boards with a service life of 4-6 times. The use of conventional formwork still leaves a lot of rework and uses a lot of resources so it is less effective and efficient. While the alform (Aluminum Formwork) is made of aluminum and can be used repeatedly (150-200 times). Seeing the disadvantages of conventional formwork and the advantages of formwork, in this final project a comparative analysis of the two methods is carried out, which will be modeled on floor slabs, beams, and columns of tower b of the Trans Icon Surabaya project. So that formwork dimension is needed to perform volume calculations, productivity analysis, time analysis, and cost analysis. In the final stage, a comparative analysis of the time and cost of using conventional formwork and formwork is carried out. From the results of the analysis that has been carried out, it is concluded that the time difference between the formwork processing between conventional and alform methods is 73 days. Meanwhile, in terms of the cost of implementing the formwork between conventional and alform methods, there is a difference of Rp. 6.900.732.244,56. From the comparison of time and cost, it can be concluded that the alform method is more efficient than the conventional method.
