Abstract
Saluran Pandugo 2 dan Medokan Asri terletak di Kelurahan Pandugo, Surabaya, Jawa Timur. Saluran Pandugo 2 dan Medokan Asri dirancang sebagai bangunan pembuangan air kotor dan genangan air/banjir. Sehubungan dengan tujuan perencanaan saluran diperlukan adanya suatu pedoman dan perbaikan agar saluran drainase dapat bekerja dengan baik. Maka dari itu, perlu dilakukan evaluasi secara berkala agar saluran drainase dapat tetap bekerja secara optimal. Dalam studi ini, evaluasi dilakukan untuk menangani dan mencegah banjir di kelurahan Pandugo. Debit hidrologi dihitung dengan menggunakan beberapa distribusi, kemudian hasil daripada debit hidrologi dipakai sebagai perhitungan debit hidrolika untuk kapasitas saluran drainase. Selain itu, hasil tersebut juga digunakan sebagai analisis fasilitas pendukung saluran drainase seperti pintu air dan pompa air. Dari hasil perhitungan didapatkan debit hidrolika dan hidrologi sebesar 0,15 m3/det pada saluran pandugo 2 dan 0,27 m3/det pada saluran medokan asri. Namun pada kondisi eksisting saluran pandugo 2 hanya dapat menampung debit sebesar 0,063 m3/det dan saluran medokan asri hanya sebesar 0,128 m3/det. Oleh karena itu saluran pandugo 2 direncanakan ulang dengan dimensi 0,7 m x 0,55 m, sedangkan untuk saluran medokan asri direncanakan ulang dengan bentuk trapesium dengan dimensi lebar bawah 1 meter, tinggi 0,8 meter, dan kemiringan tebing saluran 1:1. Pompa air saat ini memiliki kapasitas maksimal sebesar 1,75 m3/det, sedangkan menurut perrhitungan dibutuhkan kapasitas sebesar 4 m3/det, sehingga agar tidak terjadi banjir maka kapasitas pompa dibesarkan berdasarkan perhitungan yakni 4 m3/det. Pintu air saat ini memiliki dimensi 2 m x 0,9 m x 0,005 m sedangkan menurut perhitungan dibutuhkan dimensi 2,2 m x 1,16 m x 0,005 m, sehingga pintu air harus direncanakan ulang berdasarkan perhitungan.

Drainase channels Pandugo 2 and Medokan Asri are located in Pandugo, Surabaya, East Java. Drainase channels Pandugo 2 and Medokan Asri are designed as building to dispose of dirty water and puddles. In connection with the purpose of drainage system planning, it’s necessary to have a guide and improvement so that the drainage system can work properly. Therefore, periodic evaluation is needed so that the drainase system can work optimally. In this study, an evaluation was carried out to deal with and prevent flooding in the Pandugo Village. Hydrological discharge is calculated using several distributions, then the results are used asa a hydraulic discharge calculation as an analysis of supporting facilities for the drainage system such as sluice gates and water pumps. From the calculation results obtained hydraulic discharge and hydrological discharge of 0,15 m3/det in pandugo 2 channel and 0,27 m3/det in medokan asri channel. However in the existing condition, pandugo 2 channel can only accommodate a debit of 0,063 m3/det and medokan asri channel can only accommodate a debit of 0,128 m3/det. Therefore pandugo 2 channel must be re-planned with 0,7 m x 0,55 m dimensions, while medokan asri channel must be re-planned in a trapezoidal shape with dimensions of bottom width 1 m, height 0,8 m, and a slope of 1:1. The current water pump has a maximum capacity of 1,75 m3/det, while accordinh to calculations it takes a capacity of 4 m3/det, so that in order to avoid flooding, the pump capacity must be increased based on the calculation of 4 m3/det. The sluice gate currently has dimensions of 2 m x 0,9 m x 0,005 m, while according it takes dimensions of 2,2 m x 1,16 m x 0,005 m, so the floodgate must be re-planned based on calculations.
