Abstract
Pantai Goa Cina merupakan salah satu destinasi wisata alam di Kabupaten Malang yang memiliki potensi dalam mendukung perekonomian masyarakat lokal. Namun, pengembangan pariwisata yang tidak terkelola dengan baik berpotensi menimbulkan dampak negatif terhadap aspek sosial, ekonomi, dan lingkungan. Oleh karena itu, penerapan konsep wisata berkelanjutan menjadi penting untuk menjaga keseimbangan antara pemanfaatan dan pelestarian. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kebijakan pariwisata berkelanjutan yang ditetapkan oleh Pemerintah Kabupaten Malang, mengkaji implementasinya di Pantai Goa Cina, serta mengidentifikasi dampak sosial, ekonomi, dan lingkungan yang ditimbulkan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Peraturan Daerah Nomor 9 Tahun 2022 tentang Rencana Induk Pengembangan Pariwisata Daerah (RIPPDA) telah selaras dengan prinsip pariwisata berkelanjutan dan telah diimplementasikan cukup baik di Pantai Goa Cina. Penerapan konsep ini memberikan dampak positif berupa peningkatan kesejahteraan masyarakat, keterlibatan masyarakat lokal, serta terjaganya kelestarian lingkungan.

Goa Cina Beach is one of the natural tourist destinations in Malang Regency that has the potential to support the local economy. However, poorly managed tourism development has the potential to cause negative impacts on social, economic, and environmental aspects. Therefore, the application of the concept of sustainable tourism is important to maintain a balance between utilisation and conservation. This study aims to analyse the sustainable tourism policy established by the Malang Regency Government, examine its implementation at Goa Cina Beach, and identify the social, economic, and environmental impacts it has caused. The research method used is a qualitative method with data collection techniques through interviews, observation, and documentation. The results of the study show that Regional Regulation No. 9 of 2022 concerning the Regional Tourism Development Master Plan (RIPPDA) is in line with the principles of sustainable tourism and has been implemented quite well at Goa Cina Beach. The application of this concept has had a positive impact in the form of improved community welfare, local community involvement, and environmental sustainability.
