Abstract
Dalam dunia pendidikan, kurikulum mempunyai peranan penting. Namun demikian yang menjadi permasalahan di Indonesia adalah kurikulum yang dikembangkan Perguruan Tinggi saat ini belum mendukung kebijakan link and match, persoalan ketidakselarasan antara penyediaan dari dunia pendidikan dan kebutuhan dunia industri masih tetap terjadi yang antara lain ditunjukkan oleh semakin meningkatnya jumlah penganggur berpendidikan serta adanya tuntutan dunia industri yang belum dapat dipenuhi oleh kurikulum saat ini (Wardiman, 2007). Berdasarkan penelitian Rida Norina (2008) serta Ictenbas & Eryilmaz (2011), dikembangkan penelitian dimana langkah pertama dalam penelitian ini yaitu mendefinisikan kebutuhan stakeholder sebagai voice of customer (VOC) secara pasti dengan penetapan tujuan pemahaman materi serta teaching methods yang detail, agar sesuai dengan kebutuhan dan kepentingan user. Hal yang dapat menjamin kepastian kebutuhan stakeholder dengan standarisasi kurikulum dan teaching methods yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan salah satunya melalui batang tubuh pengetahuan (body of knowledge) sertifikasi profesi. Hal ini didukung fakta bahwa dalam body of knowledge (BOK) sertifikasi profesi berisi pengetahuan dengan tingkatan pencapaian taxonomy bloom 's nya yang terdefinisi secara eksplisit. Dari hasil penelitian ini, diketahui bahwa Kompetensi Utama Kurikulum Inti BKSTI yang pertama dengan mata kuliah wajib Manajemen Proyek dan Rekayasa Kualitas yang memberikan kontribusi terbesar dalam pemenuhan standart BoK. Namun untuk kesesuaian antara BoK dan Mata Kuliah Wajib Konsentrasi didapatkan mata kuliah Rekayasa Kualitas yang memberikan kontribusi terbesar, sedangkan teaching method yang menjadi acuan dalam proses pembelajaran mata kuliah Rekayasa Kualitas berdasarkan employer 's expectation yaitu pelatihan lapangan.

In education, the curriculum has an important role. However, the problem in Indonesia is a curriculum developed universities currently do not support the policy link and match, the question of inconsistency between the provision of education and the needs of the industrialized world still occur, among others, demonstrated by the increasing number of educated unemployed and the demands of the world industry that can not be met by the current curriculum (Wardiman, 2007). Based on research Rida Norina (2008) and Ictenbas & Eryilmaz (2011), where the research was developed in this study is the first step is to define the needs of stakeholders as the voice of customer (VOC) are definitely in the determination of the purpose of understanding the materials and teaching methods are detailed, to suit user needs and interests. Things you can guarantee certainty stakeholders need to standardize the curriculum and teaching methods appropriate to the needs of one of them through the body of knowledge (body of knowledge) professional certification. This is supported by the fact that the body of knowledge (BOK) professional certification shows knowledge of the levels of Bloom's taxonomy of his achievement is defined explicitly. From these results, it is known that the Core Curriculum Competencies Major BKSTI the first with compulsory subjects of Project Management and Quality Engineering the largest contribution in fulfilling the BOK standard. However, to fit between the BOK and the concentrations obtained Compulsory Courses Quality Engineering courses which provide the largest contribution, while the teaching method which is used in the learning process based Quality Engineering courses employer's expectation that the training field.
